Called in an order for delivery for the buy one get one deal. First they give a total significantly higher than what it should have been, but we caught it and had them correct it. They gave an ETA of 45-60 minutes, which as this is a Friday night and we're at the edge of delivery range that's to be expected. We we're going to pay cash on delivery. After an hour and a half, we called back to see what the holdup was, and we find that they incorrectly recorded our address. Nobody called us about the discrepancy. They offer to restart the order, and ring up a total ~$3 higher than the first time. We ask to speak to a manager. The manager tells us that the driver went to the wrong address (across the street) and they acknowledged that this was their order and paid for it. The neighbors who we have never spoken to before apparently acknowledged my wife's name and phone number, which they shouldn't have had. Because of this, the manager made light of the situation and only offered to restart the order. Now the neighbors of questionable character have my wife's name and phone number, and we have no pizza. I can be lenient on poor service once or twice, but this is not a situation that can be forgiven with time. I simply expressed that there was a misunderstanding about the type of pizza that I ordered. I ask if I could receive a refund. I was denied a refund. I also asked if I could receive store credit. I was also denied store credit. I went on to express my concerns with Brandon about not properly educating the customer. Brandon asked if I wanted to be BANNED He kept insisting that HE was right and myself as the customer was in so many words at fault. Brandon also wouldnât give his last name. Brandon said that he was the only Brandon that works at that location. This is definitely a HORRIBLE representation of your brand. This guy has 0000 customer service skills and he definitely doesnât care about YOUR customers. I hope this isnât a representation of your franchise.
