i order buy 2 footlong $5 each from the subway app many times and picked up at this location.
at my most recent visit, after being charged and picking up food, i noticed i did not receive the deal. it must have been a glitch. the app told me the deal was included on the checkout screen.
i asked the manager and owner about this. his name is Quazi Ahmed. he was very hostile and rude to me. he said he will not help me with a refund. after following up with Subway customer support, i received no assistance of any kind.
i am disappointed. my family and i have been a loyal customer to this specific location for over a decade. they make great subs but clearly they do not care...
