Went here for dinner on 2/1/21. Went in an hour before they closed and both employees were outside shoveling, well understood with the snow. However, upon coming up front neither employee pulled up their mask and the employee who was helping me, had an awful attitude. I wish I could pick just him out instead of giving the restaurant itself a two, however Mr. Personality didn’t have a name tag on. The unprofessional manner in which he conducted himself by giving me attitude for no reason and slamming around the lids and such, made me NEVER want to return. You know what they say, one bad apple effects the whole bunch. What a shame. That being said, came to this subway and no issues at all with customer service. My issue really is just subway in general. Toppings really haven't changed since the 90s and my sub today was lacking extreme flavor. Super bland, I normally add great toppings and vinaigrettes but just didn't taste much at all. I think Subway needs to focus on taste and maybe enhancing some of their meats...
Read moreSandwich was okay. No real complaints there. Wasn't really great to see the only two workers the store had on duty sitting on a counter in the back of the shop. I thought maybe no one was working for a moment. Both employees were back there and playing on their phones. One also didn't have a hat or hair restraint on. They had a short haircut, but its still long enough to require a hat.
