Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I felt compelled to write a review after 3 separate times visiting and having our orders all messed up. I understand that it gets busy, and maybe you miss the extra taco or give the wrong drink, but unfortunately we were the only ones ordering each time, and I always order the cheesy gordita crunch meal whenever we eat at any Taco Bell. Well all 3 times I've ordered here I've received something completely different. I ordered it by number twice and thinking maybe they weren't hearing the number right I ordered by name the last time, I still got the wrong food. They gave me 3 soft tacos once, the crunchy taco supreme once, and two soft tacos nothing else once. Each time I always pull away without thoroughly inspecting the food-That Is My Fault-I learned my lesson but I still won't come back to this location. I’m super disappointed, first time ordering Taco Bell through a delivery service and I just spent $22 dollars on 3 tacos supreme and Taco Bell couldn’t even have the decency to throw me any hot sauce. I just think it’s ridiculous that if you’re ordering through an app and there’s no questions about hot sauce that I’m responsible for asking for it. Why wouldn’t it just come with a few packets if there aren’t any prompts? As though I should have remembered to add comments asking for hot sauce. At the drive through window someone asks you if want hot sauce so you won’t forget it. I spend twice as much money on delivery and there’s no reminder or option. Such a waste of money and tacos and definitely won’t ever make the mistake of ordering delivery from here again. We had a wonderful drive thru server. Julie Campbell was outstanding. I had plan to just order a few tacos, but Julie was so helpful, gave excellent information about the items, that I ordered 12 tacos, 2 burrito supremes, 2 bean burritos, 2 other types of burritos and 2 awesome apple pies. It was delicious. Julie is only the second delightful drive thru server I have experience in Gloucester. Other places, I have experience servers who acted like it was an imposition to serve, a less than polite attitude, and usually got the order wrong or incomplete. Julie did outstanding in every area. Please anyone who visits Gloucester, please stop by taco bell, for delicious food, great prices, and excellent service..
