Great Wall — Restaurant in Virginia

Great Wall used to be my favorite take out but tonight i went in and placed my order. A little boy about the age of 4 opened the employee door to the kitchen wearing nothing but a shirt. The woman at the front yelled at him to go back to the bathroom. The little boy came back after a minute, hands unwashed, and entered the kitchen in just his shirt. I went into the bathroom to get the boys pants when i noticed the toilet had feces in it that i assume was the reason for the boys pants to be in the restroom. As i handed the boys pants to the cashier at the front i noticed the little boy running thru the kitchen by the fryers holding the woks that the cooks use over his head like a helmet. Not one employee in the kitchen paid him any attention. The delivery driver did attempt to have the boy sit down and color at one point. Unfortunately, i will never return to that restaurant again and i hope that this is not a common occurance for health code...

If this food was served to a native Chinese citizen, they’d burn the restaurant down. The food lacks real flavor and any sense of quality. It’s bland, has an odd consistency, and is fatiguing to eat all across the board. This hasn’t been a one time problem - the food is consistently sub par. The worst part is, none of the staff would eat this food. They make the true versions of what they pretend to serve, and serve slop to us. Save the money and buy a Trader Joe’s meal, it’ll actually...

Problem is that after racking up a 50 dollar bill to get food delivery for my family, they said I haven't spent the minimum amount. Well for one I live 7 minutes away with kids, second of all after spending 50 bucks on your food I think that should be enough money spent to get my order delivered 7 minutes away. Just seems a little greedy and money hungry to me!

P.s. the chicken is way to soft and chewy all the time. I personally think it should be more crispy. But that's...
