tldr; 5 stars for the weekday crew, 1 star for the weekend crew.
this used to be the best taco bell in the area, but for some reason - personally i think there was a large shift in employees, but i refuse to go here anymore due to the unpredictableness of not only the quality of the food but the likelihood that they will get my order correct to begin with. the staff here on the weekends is pale in comparison to the amazing service i get during the week. for example, yesterday, i put my order in, couple minutes later heard them talking about my order and then filling a togo bag and then it just sat there. About five minutes later, they picked the bag up and called my name. i spoke with the gentleman who handed me my order, he appeared to be the supervisor on shift, let him know what just happened and was told that they were training a new employee. i should have known right at that exact moment to open up all my items and check to see if they were correct, unfortunately i did not and when i got home every single item was wrong with the exception of...
Read moreMy boys and I went to get dinner to take home . I went in to place our order, reason is because the drive thrus usually mess the orders up. Got our order and went home, which is about a 10 Mile drive. Got home the order wasn't right, it was missing a 7 layer burrito and I thought a quesadilla too. I called the location, spoke to a gentleman and he said he made it that they should be in there. Well the quesadilla was , it was on the bottom covered with packs of sauce and I thought it was a support for the bag. So that was there but not the burrito, so he told me to come back he would take care of it. So I drive back and spoke with him and he remade the burrito, no problem, no fuss, he was very nice and took care of it. I have been to some other taco bells and they were rude if you said something was wrong. This location was very good and the...
Read moreThis Taco Bell has poor customer service and I say that because I just came here today and I myself am a vegan so I asked for three burritos with only beans, rice and lettuce on them, but they failed to do that. Not only did they fail to do that but they were also laughing about it as I was speaking to the cashier in the drive-through and they were laughing about it again as I got to the window. So I checked and they all had cheese on them. This kinda customer service shouldn’t be part of the company. What if I were a customer that happened to be allergic to dairy? Employees should be mindful of things like that. Cashier name is “Kelly D.” by the way. Anyone that will do that and also laugh about it, doesn’t care for their customers’ health or choice of nutrition. Not good for the company and especially not good for...
