I wish I can rate 0 stars. I went here with my husband before our movie night, we were running late and decided to stop by here since we didnāt eat all day. We spent $17 for half chicken, with side of white rice for me and fried rice for my husband..thinking it would feed us plenty. Well first of all my husband made sure to ask if the chicken was fresh, she pointed to it cooking and said yes, she then proceeded to pull it out from a container, and dip it into some sort of cold āchicken juiceā after we paid, I shouldāve asked for our refund then but we were hungry..she gave us our food to go, when we looked at the amount it had..wow. Never mind the fact our chicken was cold..they barely put any rice, for me or my husband..I was very shocked for $17, and they chose to be stingy with the amount they serve. I went back in and explained that I was expecting a decent amount of rice, not just one small scoop..she looked annoyed, told me I ordered a side of rice with it, told me to put my plate down and proceeded to put not even half a spoon full more of rice on top for me. I waited because I thought she was just going to go back and put more, but she then closed her rice cooker, put the spoon down and didnāt even say anything else to me. I looked down at my plate with the small amount of rice, and took the hint thatās all she was willing to give and walked out. Whatever you do, do NOT choose this place. Thereās no customer service, and you pay more here then you would at Super Rico that ACTUALLY has good customer service and gives a decent amount of chicken and rice for LESS money, oh and there food is actually fresh. My husband and I went to the movies starving, and had to spend another $15 somewhere else to actually feel like we ate something AFTER the movies. We both already warned our families, friends and roommates to stay away from this place. It is not worth the rude cashier, cold chicken and one scoop of rice they give you as a side. You will leave this place hungry and...

Ordered online for curbside. I called to advise I was there to be told the kitchen didn't get the order even tho I had ordered Over 1 hrs ago. They said 15 mins more I waited 20 mins at curbside no one came. I went inside ...they like oh yes its ready let me bag it .... There's only one lady cooking and one lady running the register And bagging orders. No food screen just paper tickets taped to the register area . They have radio ads which how I heard about them but not the staff to keep up. I couldn't get mad anymore after seeing this... they were trying. They advised they were out of mild sauce. I checked my bag....i missing an item ... They didn't make it...I had to wait for it.
They want business so radio ads They want to be modern so online ordering They want to be competitive so curbside
But they aren't ready fot it ...it's a small place that simply cannot provide all that.
Now the food....10/10 Was very impressed
Great food but needs upgrades to keep with orders...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWill try to give an honest review. The Bad: the chicken was just a tad dry, but was very well flavored. To me I don't feel as though it stood out significantly more than some of the other Peruvian chicken places. It was absolutely better than quite a few places around here, but just didn't stick out, in my opinion. The Good: the sides and sauces were pretty good. The plantains in particular were fantastic, and they all had the charred edges which are the best part. The price for a whole chicken and four sides was $27, making it a great price for what you get. The Great: The Chicha Morada... it's a cold drink made from purple corn and was delicious. Tastes a little like mulled wine. Seriously, try one. The owner was also super great and friendly, you could see her smiling behind her mask and was very personable. When there was an issue with my order she immediately let me know and offered ways to make it right. I will be back, it's likely a place that will be my go-to for Peruvian Chicken...
