Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

This Burger King location used to be amazing, but in the past year you can almost never get fresh, good quality food. We either end up taking it back or just throw it in the trash and waste our money and time. The food is absolutely garbage and it’s extremely disappointing because I do think BK has the potential to have the best fast food burgers available. I would say in our last 5 trips to this location the food has been absolutely inedible. Whether it has been their breakfast food (I always get a ham croissant and hash browns) the croissants have been hard in spots (almost stale), the ham has been overcooked and disgusting, almost no egg at all, and the hash browns cold and old. The hamburgers are almost NEVER fresh, but cold. We have to heat them up in the microwave every time. We literally just got home and not only were the buns and burgers cold (like they had been sitting there all day), but they were wrong and we had to drive back to the store. This place literally does not care about the customer or have any reverence for how much the customer has to spend in order to eat there. It brings me no joy in saying this, but I would highly recommend you not waste your money at this location. Take your money elsewhere because this place takes no pride in the quality of food they deliver to customers. They could not care less if you are actually able to eat the food the give you. 🍔 👑 The customer service way excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Micheal is my favorite employee because he is so kind, professional and always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He also remembers his customers and makes you feel apart of the family. The other employees were very nice and professional as well including the managers. My order was accurate as usual. I asked if they had blizzards and they didn't so Michael made a recommendation and it was better than a blizzard. I got a chocolate shake with oreos in it and it was delicious. They have great dessert items like their funnel cake fries it literally tastes like funnel cake just in a frie shape with powdered sugar on top. The dessert items are quite inexpensive and so worth it. I went inside and the location was clean. They always make me feel welcome and the employees seem happy which shows in their excellent customer service as they are always respectful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Set in line 15 to 20 minutes in drive through after placing order. Finally got to the window waiting for our food. Another 10 minutes. Park to eat, the hamburgers were cold and the cheese was just thrown on not even melted at all. Took back inside myself told them what was wrong with our food. I told them do not microwave it. I wanted fresh ones made. Went back to car to eat same thing. I didn't even bother taking it back. My 80 yr. old Mom was starving and getting very sick. I will never step my foot back in this Burger King. They had 2 girls working the drive through. They had no idea what was going on. They were lined up around the building. The cook was running the drive through and trying to cook. 1 person was at front counter only taking orders inside which was empty. I was so upset I had to get out of there. The worse service.
