The staff was friendly enough but the food and the execution of my order had a lot to be desired. the steak for my burrito bowl was dry and ranged in size from tiny pieces to pieces that i had to cut up myself in order to eat. the rice was very dry. the guac was a mix of fresh and some that had obviously been on the line for a long time. the salsas, mild and corn, were good. i confirmed with the manager that my pretty lame costume met the requirements for the $6 burrito halloween special and that i could get a bowl instead of a burrito. this information wasnāt conveyed to the person at the register and i was charged the full price which i didnāt catch until i checked my receipt in my car so i had to go back in and have the manager fix the issue after i assured her that i did indeed wanted the discount to which she informed me that the special didnāt include the guac that i go and she would charge me for that. really, chipotle?!? i also didnāt realize that they forgot to put the extra salsa i requested and so that was just something else that made for a poor experience. the one in south pointe is better but iām going to checkout qdobaās even though theyāre not...

Im going to paint a picture so you understand how disrespectful this interaction was. My mother and sister went in to this location to get dinner, mind you my mom doesnāt order from chipotle often so it took her a little longer than most customers to get through the line. The cashier had asked my mom if she wanted chips, she said yes please and asked if they had a tip jar. While my mom is actively looking for a tip the cashier repeatedly asked ālarge bag of chips? Large bag of chips? Large bag of chips? LARGE BAG OF CHIPS. ā Increasing in volume as she went. My mother is a very polite well mannered person and received an eye roll with a side of yelling. This whole experience was INSANE.
I don't know her name but she had long dark hair and glasses, I filed a report but didnāt get much assurance on how the situation was being handled. Chipotle babe i understand this is fast foot but we need to vet our employees...

Once we got home we found the food tags were correct but the ingredients were not. Lettuce was not requested, but was included on the burrito bowl and it was missing sour cream and guacamole (a $3 up-charge). No beans were requested on the burrito, but we got them anyway. Tried calling the restaurant but the phone went unanswered and was eventually routed to corporate, who took our feedback. After returning the food for correction we came home and STILL found no guacamole on the bowl! My bad, I didnāt think it was necessary to check before we left because it was handled by the manager.
