Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I placed an order to the Hampton location since this location has sometimes forgotten parts of my order. Somehow my order was STILL sent to this one. I will explain at the end. The driver arrived a few min late with my order. Not a biggie but he didnt have my soda. He didnt believe I had ordered a soda and I pointed to the sticker on the box that clearly said soda. Now when I order food & order a drink with it, its because I dont have anything cold to drink at home. The driver tried to help & we both called the store but it just rang. We tried again & now we got a call that the # was busy and to try again later. The store refused to answer their phone. We called because the driver thought the store had closed. The driver tried to call door dash because at this point I wanted to cancel for 2 reasons. I like food with something cold to drink. Also, the driver had no mask on & was almost standing shoulder to shoulder with me. I had my mask on but it did make me a little uncomfortable. Im not mad at the driver cause he did try to help, but the longer it went not being able to reach the store I just did not feel comfortable eating pizza delivered by someone without a mask on. If you are given enough time to think about anything you will probably realize its not a good idea. Kind of like using a condom for sex, if you have time to think about it you prob will realize you WANT to use one 😄. I had the driver take the pizza back to the store. I said if they will remake it so its hot id be willing to accept it but if not NOPE. I also said i do not reward bad behavior such as forgetting 25% of an order then refusing to answer their phone. They were supposed to be open till 1030pm & he left at 10 and its only 9 min or so to the store. If you dont care about making an order right you dont deserve business. His door dash app wasnt letting him cancel the order, and said i had to call to. He still eventually marked it as delivered even tho he took it back to the store. I didnt hear back from the driver so I called doordash support again and they said I had to cancel thru little caesars. I called the 1800 # & waited awhile to hear from someone. The lady got on, heard my concerns. She asked me to hold then said, ok what i can do for you is CLICK. She hung up. 😡. I tried calling back & got the same person. She apologized & said her phone was having issues. She said she would be transfering me to a supervisor. I asked isnt she customer support so why would she transfer me? She said supervisors can do certain things i cannot do. I thought that was weird and strange but said ok. The supervisor said her name was Jennelle. She said the previous person said i had requested a supervisor. I said i had most certainly did not. Jennelle was the absolute worst. She said she could refund me for the soda (which with a promo was free btw, huh?) but the store had made the pizza right so even though i refused and had it sent back that i could not be refunded. I was absolutely livid. Jenelle did not care one single bit. I said i would call coporate and she said please do. I asked how could she be so condescending & she claimed she was not. I said she clearly was as she was not trying to help. Eventually she said she could do 50% refund of the order since it was over 30 min late (the driver eventually marked it as delivered even tho he took it back). I repeatedly asked her why she wasnt trying to help me. She said she has never heard of anyone canceling an order and having nothing to eat for the night because one thing was missing. Uh b* i have food. I wanted hot pizza & cold soda. Hold the covid please? She didnt care the driver didnt have a mask on. You heard it right, little caesars promotes the spread of SARS. Jennelle eventually hung up on me without helping me. I called door dash back & they said since the driver had no mask on i would be refunded but they had to send me back to lil caesar. I was told i would be refunded due to no mask. Also orders will be routed to the least busy store. Cant avoid this one 😡 please avoid lil...

Let me start by saying Little Caesars will never get my business again. I wish I would have read the review beforehand. The order was wrong I ordered half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. The order was completely wrong, when I called to speak with a manager, she was very rude and tried to blame it on the delivery driver and then had the nerves to ask if I still wanted my pizza remade. I asked the so call manager for corporate number, and it took her 20 minutes just to do that. This store needs to be shut down the food is horrible, and the customer service is worse. Everyone in this store needs to be FIRED!!!!! After speaking to corporate was when everything was corrected. After picking up my correct order after paying for delivery when I got there I was not acknowledge, didn't receive an apology, didn't even get greeted when I walked in... The workers look like they just rolled out of bed. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSSINESS!!!! Again, if you're in Newport News, VA please don't go the Little Caesars on Jefferson this was a horrible experience I wouldn't feed this food to a dog let alone another...

Original I left a good review years ago. Haven’t had any issues. Quick pizza at reasonable price, but I got to say staff was really friendly last night, I cannot say the same about the guy I spoke with today. I didn’t even get his name. He hung up on me when I was trying to explain. I came in last night 09/26 was about 9:30ish. Not too long before they close.

My mistake for not checking the pizza before I left. I would have got a remake. Didn’t see until I got home. I normally do. Hey I figured never been wrong before on a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza. But What is This!!! lol..

Dude didn’t have to be rude and hang up on me! Bad business! Over a $16 order lol… If you are miserable with your job, go find one where you’re happy. Life is choice and you choose to work where you at, just like everyone else. Hopefully whoever you are your day goes better.
