I took a picture with the Chef. He is good and friendly as well.
If you're craving an unforgettable culinary journey through the flavors of Asia, look no further than Wasabi Asian Fusion Restaurant! My recent dining experience at this establishment left me utterly impressed and eager to return.
From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded warmth and sophistication, setting the stage for a delightful meal. The attentive staff greeted me with genuine hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of exceptional.
Let's talk about the food – an absolute feast for the senses! To start, the aromatic hot tea was the perfect accompaniment to awaken my palate. It set the stage for what was to come – a symphony of flavors and textures that danced harmoniously on my taste buds.
The vegetable roll was a masterpiece of freshness and creativity. Each bite burst with vibrant colors and crisp, wholesome goodness, showcasing the chef's skillful artistry.
Next up, the coconut chicken tom kha and coconut shrimp tom kha transported me to culinary paradise. Rich, creamy, and infused with the delicate flavors of coconut and lemongrass, these soups were a revelation. The tender chicken and succulent shrimp were perfectly complemented by the fragrant broth, leaving me utterly satisfied and craving more.
For the main course, I savored every mouthful of the red curry vegetable with Lo Mein and the yellow curry chicken with fried rice. The red curry boasted a tantalizing blend of spices, while the Lo Mein noodles added a delightful chewiness to each bite. The yellow curry chicken was a true delight – tender pieces of chicken enveloped in a luscious, aromatic curry sauce, served alongside fragrant fried rice that was a meal in itself.

Read moreWhat we have here is an Asian Fusion Eatery that doesn't compromise quality in it's offerings. The Sushi is comparable to neighboring dedicated Sushi Restaurants while more traditional takes on Chinese dishes will strike a positive and memorable chord. The Shrimp/Vegetable Tempura is fantastic and I have no doubt the Lobster Tail and Filet Mignon would be as well for those special occasions. The Service was top notch as the Servers were eager to address any questions we had and by the extent of options on their Menu, questions will be inevitable. Speaking of Menu, it's laid out in sections that make sense including Noodles, Chef Specialty Dishes, Sushi/Maki, Hibachi Dishes and there is probably more, but those are the ones I recall. What is most impressive and comforting is the atmosphere, layout, and cleanliness (which happens to be the most important factor to me when evaluating a restaurant). Everything has a nice clean look in a Wide-Open concept and, indeed, it is a modern Asian atmosphere without going overboard. You won't hear Stereotypical Asian Themed Instrumentals and if I recall, they simply played a contemporary mix of music from all genres, and at low comfortable volume.Pricing is very consistent with what one would expect for each respective dish. Appetizers are affordable add-ins alongside fairly priced Specialty Entrees. Sushi/Maki pricing will be in the range that enthusiast expect while Hibachi prepared dishes such as Duck, Lobster Tail, & Filet Mignon understandably garner the highest price ranges In summary, not only is Wasabi a fine choice for Asian inspired cuisine, it is also a fine Restaurant overall when randomly brainstorming...

My friend and I walked in to go to dinner at Wasabi's. There is no host station; you enter the dining room and there is no person or sign to tell you to wait to be seated, but you do have to wait to be seated. We stood there for almost three minutes before the waitress finally came over and showed us to a table.
Then, when we sat down and were given menus, she immediately tried to take our order before we'd had a chance to look them over. I asked for 'just a minute' to find the appetizers, my friend said what appetizer he wanted and then she walked off without taking my appetizer order.
The server then proceeded to bus tables, chat with patrons, take orders out and she even spent five minutes taking pictures with customers. It was about fifteen solid minutes before she came back to finally take our order, when my friend's appetizer was fully cooked and being served. So, because I've never been here before and I asked for just one minute to find the appetizer section of the menu and think about what they had, I'm not allowed to order and I have to sit here while my friend has his first course.
I left. The food smelled great, but there is no way to order it. They had one single waitress for the entire restaurant and she didn't want to...
