It's not very often you have to buy a mattress, and considering this is what your sleeping on for many years to come why not get exactly what you want... My wife and I have worked hard. I'm not buying whatever.... The manager, Tim asked me if I knew the type of matress I wanted.. " I said absolutely, I wanted something really nice, plush and soft... something I wouldn't get tired of sleeping on".... Tim said " lay on that Simmons black beauty rest"... Game over, that was the most comfortable anything I'd ever laid on... My wife didn't wanna get up off it... I said what about a soft pillow for me and my wife something a little more firm.. Tim handed me a purple pillow that he said was his best seller, didn't take but I second to figure out why... He asked us if we had ever laid on a bed with a adjustable base... oh yeah, that was a absolutely game changer... if you have never had the opportunity to elevate your feet in the bed with a remote, you have no idea what your missing... I felt all the pressure on my back leave instantly... Not to mention $300 off the base , $500 off the mattress and No Interest on financing, 0%.. That finalized the deal for me, took about 5 minutes for approval and my signature.. if that wasn't enough, they deliver the bed and base and set everything up for free.. said they would even hall off our old mattress... All this and the payment is about $50 a month... Tim explained mattress firm was doing this sale through labor... I don't know if your in the market for a bed, but you probably won't find a deal like this anywhere but Mattress Firm ... Excellent store, excellent customer service, Excellent financing .... My wife and I couldn't...

Rachel Lloyd is 100% why we spent 6500 dollars on a bed set up! We had been to ever mattress place in Northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia and saw lots of nice mattress that we liked and that was nice and comfortable but every place we went it was a struggle for the workers to answer any of our questions, not with Rachel Lloyd, anything we ask her she had a fast , knowledgeable response on what we ask her about whether it was the mattress, adjustable bases, pillows, cooling covers and sheets, she is TOP KNOTCH at her job and we pointed that out to her and her supervisor, Rachel Lloyd said that her knowledgeable came from the training mattress firm required her to have. We are very excited to get our adjustable base and mattress and pillows and sheets but I can't tell u how pleased we was with her customer service and that is very hard to find these days, we have already told family members and I work at a fire department and will be telling the folks I work with to go see her and I'm going to strongly encourage the chiefs to go but mattress for all the stations from her! Our Sealy Hybrid HD Premium Mattress was just delivered yesterday. We have had the best experience with Mattress Firm, all around. Cody, the Sleep Expert, was awesome. We have been looking for a new mattress for over a year. Cody was not pushy. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about all things "mattress". We actually just stopped in that day to look, not to buy. However, he helped us to pinpoint the right mattress for us. Thanks, Cody for all your help! You were great! The delivery was top notch. With the delivery tracking updates, there was assurance that they were on their way and what time they would arrive. The delivery guys were super nice, and the setup and haul away was without any issues. I would definitely rate them a 10. The icing on the cake was that our mattress met and exceeded our expectations. We slept very well and for the first time in years, we did not wake up in pain throughout the night!
