My first time here. It was mostly a nice experience. The students and staff were very friendly. I had a very complicated color and cut request and was paired with a student by the name of Megan. She was outstanding. The color is vibrant and beautiful and the cut she gave me was perfect for me. She followed every request I had and gave me the only haircut in my life that I have ever looked in the mirror and didn't have a single complaint. I had never had a haircut that fit me and my preferencees so well. However, when students are done cutting, they have a member of the training staff check their cuts. Megan grabbed a staff member and she began looking over my head when another woman picked up a pair of sheers and began re-cutting my entire head. This woman did not say hello or introduce herself. She did not ask if what she was doing was what I wanted, but instead just did what she thought was best. I later inquired as to who she was and was informed that she is the owner. She was far too clinical and not very personable. My hair still looks great but it's not the personal master piece that I saw in the mirror. The original cut may not have been "perfect" but it was everything I wanted. I will be returning because over all it was the best hair experience I've ever had. I can only give 4 stars due to the almost rude and controlling nature...

Wow! I had the best experience today getting an all over color and cut. This was seriously the best haircut and color I’ve gotten in years. Katie took my messy at home bleach job to the perfect natural golden brown, and turned my jacked up layers (some of this by my own doing 😂) into the perfect style. She asked a ton of great questions and took her time. Her instructor showed us the right way to blend the layers and it was just amazing. I walked out with a $100 haircut ( for $45 including color) and felt like a new person. Katie and I had great conversation maybe bc I’m chatty, but I also felt that if a client wasn’t so talkative, she could roll with that too and make them feel just as comfortable..This experience really made my day! 10 stars and def...

As a student: This is the last institution in a 90 mile radius that can still accommodate a personalized schedule for working adults, parents, and non-traditional students. Additionally, this is one of the few institutions that is is achievable to attend while paying- and they offer personalized payment plans.
