Im posting here because I tried to submit it off the receipt and upon submission the site informed me it needed to be 1200 characters. I tried to summarize and submit and it said timed out. If the website is going to put a limit it needs to say it. But anyway I pulled up, there were 2 people dining in, 2 cars in drive through (one at the window, one at the speaker). After a couple minutes the car in front of me says "hello" to which the employee says "one moment I'll be right with you" the customer trying to be friendly apologizes saying she wasnt sure of they knew she was there. We wait another 2 or so minutes. Finally they're ready for the customer ahead of us to place their order. We pull up. Silence. We wait about 3 or so minutes before also saying "hello". The customer should not have to greet the employee in drive through. A simple "hello I'll be right with you" when we pulled up rather than after we greet them wouldve been enough, at least we know they know we're there. After another 2 minutes they're finally ready for the order. I ordered "a 4pc tender basket with ranch, a root beer and an order of the pretzel sticks" "9.75". We pull around the car before us is still waiting. About another minute and they recieve their blizzard and pull away. We wait once more. They come take the payment and once again we're left to wait with no information on why. While we're waiting I'm watching and listening as drive through girl apperently does the same routine on the speaker. Waiting on the customer, after a couple minutes it really does start getting ridiculous. I notice there are 2 liter sodas sitting on the counter. Finally a gentleman comes over and asks us to pull forward. After waiting all this time. We do. My drink was not handed to me prior. A couple minutes later having watched 3 cars get their food and leave he finally comes out with my order. I inform him I never got my root beer. He let's me know "we dont have root beer right now did she not tell you that?" "No sir" "we have. . ." And he lists the drinks they have in stock. I understand, machines go down sometimes. It's happened at my job before as well. I let him know I'll take a doctor pepper, as he walks away I check the bag, no ranch. So I get out and go inside so he doesnt have to make 2 trips walking through the door I hear the end of his sentence followed by "was it the 4pc, my bad" as the girl laughs. After all my waiting I cant imagine anything being funny. If I had a customer waiting so long, I wouldve been beyond apologetic. She comes around the corner and sees me, anothe girl already had. Neither one says anything to me. So I watch and look around as they small talk and laugh. This store was gross. There was a cart full of dirty dishes right on the front line. When the guy brings me my drink I inform him I came in to get my ranch. When he hands me my ranch he informs me slightly agitated that "theres gravy in there." Considering the menu says the order comes with gravy I would hope so, but I came in for dipping sauce. I've worked in fast food for 6 years. I understand things happen. And hot food is always appreciated But I also understand how little business they had when I pulled up that wait was fully unacceptable. I would not have complained however had the staff been better and customer oriented. But after seeing the inside im glad they caused me to have to come in because I will not eat at an unclean store. Read moreOnly left a 1 star because there isnt an option for 0. Ordered a 6 piece chicken box on lunch (My bad for not checking before going back to work. Get to work and only have 4 tenders instead of the 6 I originally paid for. No big deal I'll give them a call and let them know. Called twice with no answer. So decided to go back by and that's where things really went down hill. Told the guy at the window the situation and all he had to say was well the phone didnt ring. Showed him my phones call log and yet again all he said was it didnt ring (hatefully). I said ok well regardless of it did or not I still need the other 2 tenders I paid for or a refund of the difference between the 4 piece and 6 piece... all the workers was making rude comments and giving looks. Finally he agreed to give the other 2 tenders but in his words "itll only be just this once" No, I'll get what I pay for every single time end of story not just this once was my reply... Food was fine but the employees are definitely not trained well in customer service and futher more was severely lacking in...
Read moreI'm legit missing two chicken strips and have like 5 fries in the box with one piece of toast . Please make it make sense. I've never had any issues with any other food location on DoorDash. Bags were still intact with stickers and all. Definitely disappointed.
I get that it was close to closing time, but right now I am currently walking with a walker due to an herniated disc and having constant excruciating pain which makes me unable to drive my car. So I’m relying delivery from DoorDash. Meaning I expect the order to be correct. The driver was not the issue . The bag had all stickers in place and never removed . The crew member must have carelessly placed this order together.
I was in the fast food industry for 7 years and worked all the way into general management. There is no excuse for this to happen.
