all the staff had terrible attitudes. barely spoken to and completely unsure on whether my mobile order was being made or brought forward, but i was on the side to the register, facing towards the pickup counter because the woman taking my order didn’t say anything to me after i gave her my order name and she had walked away. another lady snaps at me “hello??”, and i admit i didn’t know what to do! no one was speaking to me! the woman who took my order didn’t say anything about anything! she comes in at the moment and shows the other lady i guess my receipt, and in return the lady that just snapped at me starts glaring at me. i’m confused, i move further away because i guess they’re making my order (thanks for saying something? ig). the same lady who snapped at me slams my drink on the counter and slides my kids empty cup alongside it.. continuing with the glare. we get my kids drink, and we wait further from the counter (granted i made sure i wasn’t in anyone’s way or lingering at the counter for no reason when i was originally waiting for my drink). i see they’re packing a order, i suspect it’s mine considering the lady packing it kept on looking at me with this look on her face. she doesn’t call out the name or anything, but i see the pickup sticker and go to confirm it’s mine. she doesn’t say anything the entire time (despite this same lady previously calling out a few order numbers before mine) and stares at me as i thank her. i’m not sure what’s up with the staff here, im not a karen looking to strip myself of responsibility because i quiet literally walked in and got treated with absolute disrespect 💀i know lunch rush is tough, especially with a faulty system, but to feel this singled out is insane. like i said, i admit fault when i do something wrong and i don’t post or share my interactions in the service industry or customer service, but this moment was sincerely something else. foul service overall,...
Read moreFirst off, let’s start with the drive-through experience. The lady taking the order was literally yelling through the speaker. I had to put my head back inside the window out of shock of how loud she was as I started to order she would interrupt me while I was continuing to order to ask me questions so I try to slow down for her and she’s continuing to yell her questions. I finally said can you please stop yelling only to hear nothing but silence so I finished my order and pulled around the manager was at the front taking the money I did tell him you should not have her taking orders. She’s yelling through the speaker and not comprehending what people are saying because she’s too busy yelling mind you this is not a language barrier issue. This woman is just yelling and not listening The woman then comes around the corner and says oh I wasn’t yelling, my voice just carries….. no lady back your mouth up from the microphone and stop yelling. The people behind me were even shaking their head, laughing, asking why she was yelling. Then I have to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out only to be handed two bags with no drinks even though I ordered four combos when I tell the gentleman OK I’m still waiting on my drinks. He looks at me and shake his head and says no no you already got your drinks as if I’m trying to steal a second set of drinks I said no I didn’t get my drinks so he just turns around and walks back in and says nothing after three minutes of waiting. I turned my car off and go inside to get my drinks. Then to top it off when I get home, the order was wrong. One of my sandwiches were supposed to have no cheese. The other one was supposed to have tomatoes. They mix those two up. The other two sandwiches were messed up as well. It was just an entire cluster F~. Read moreThis lady VIOLENTLY snatched from my husband as we came back for an order remake. We called the store 04/19/25 at 10:45-10:49p to say they forgot part of our food, didn’t give us a receipt and we’d like the entire order remade by the time we make another 20 minute drive back. They said that’s fine and we could come in for a remake after finding our receipt in the system. Fast forward to tonight (24 hrs later) M.O.D acted as if she didn’t understand what we were saying AND “both managers from the night before” said they didn’t speak to us. We wanted information so we could get a review of the cameras since staff confirmed the number we spoke with the night prior was their store. After a brief kerfuffle we were told one meal would be comp’d as promised which wasn’t true as the M.O.D then charged my card then acted difficult as we asked why did she lie and do that. During the argument she violently snatched the debit card from my husband and we ended up leaving upon her saying she would call the police. Currently writing to the BBB, Attorney General, Wendy’s Corporate and asking my husband to move forward with pressing charges...
