I first off want to say that this is location is one of the busiest location in this area and because of that I understand if the foods are given in a delayed time, but sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes or more. From what I’ve seen, there are some customers that literally buys 4 or more meals (combos), and those entire meals completely drains the food station, and you need to wait longer for your food because they need to cook them. I also seen that people likes to go through drive through more than in person, and I have went to order in person during busy hours, and I can see the bags of food just sitting there, tons of them, most of the time, while they make the burgers ready, so it’s probably the reason why the fries and nuggets are cold. It seems like the work area is also short staffed as well hence the reason why it’s so slow paced. I think the the reason why people gets their food wrong is because of the busy hours and how much meals the people buy, but the staffs should at least ask what food you got before passing the food. It has happened to me before, and I had to come back stating they got my food wrong. But nevertheless, if you want to go to a fast food restaurant, don’t go to them when during the rush hours because then you’ll have to wait for a while for your food. The food is good, but their service is ok. It needs work, but they looked to be short staffed. They bag food and leave them until the burgers done which makes food less hot, but they’re still warm unless you want them freshly cooked and hot, which doesn’t hurt to ask, and they’ll do it. I Ordered three meals at the drive-thru, did not receive one of the meals that cost me more than usual because I replaces the fries with a baked potato, did not receive a receipt. The guy at the window asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no, as my order is usually always correct. I did not notice that my food was missing until I arrived home 20 minutes later. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund. I was told they would call me back in 10 minutes, and they did not. My daughter called back again for me, the guy said the food is there, can I come back and get it, but I have already eaten leftovers. When asked for a refund on the missing meal, he said he cannot do it over the phone, I would have to return to the store. My grandmother recently passed away, and it has been a long week and a very long day, and I do not feel like driving the 20 minutes back to the store, and then another 20 minutes back home. My first bite off felt an usual tasteless sensation like a was eating paper or something similar. Literally I was on my second chewing movement of the first bite when I just decide to take a napkin and spit it out. Guess what it was that I had tasted like it was paper. My sandwich had actually a paper wrap. Don't know where exactly was from. Call the manager at the location immediately and let him know about the situation. He actually said that may had come from the cheese that is wrapped in paper. He did apologize but PLEASE PLEASE I know is 10:48pm you still are to be careful not to make mistakes like you did with me. If the overnight shifts are not working with the crew then switch out.
