So, after a couple of years of improving this Wendy's has went off the cliff once again.
I went five minutes til ten. The door was closed, which is fine, I was planning on taking it home anyways.
Originally, I was placing the order via the app; but I forgot my cards were locked so I needed to pay by cash. I went to the window to pay and use the scanner to get my deal. I was surprised to find the daves double with $2 off in the app was $12.58 and same through the windo with $2 off was $11.20. When I got to the window to show them the scan code. The guy in the window asked me why I was using that?
That was strike 1.
I ordered the following; a double with just ketchup, mustard and pickle. He asked if I wanted a number 2. Which I said no, a number 1. I then asked for a coke no ice and as usual fresh French fries. Got to the window. The drink had ice. I asked for a replacement, he over filled it then handed it to me without wiping the side.
That was strike 2.
When I got the food, I was a block away when I decided to check it. Fries were cold. And the double wasn't modified.
Strike 3.
When I went back, they corrected everything, giving me fresher fries, but of course shorting them. While I was waiting for them to give me the food, the guy working the window filled the ice bin, using his bare hands to even the ice out. Did I say anything, unfortunately no they had already struck out.
If the area manager or owners care please get this store corrected. I've lived here for 15 years. It's the most convenient fast food option, but it's not the only one. I've never had an issue with 5 Guys and even the McDonalds nearby is...

I requested pickles extra pickles on my sandwich and did not receive any, I upgraded my fries to chili cheese fries and asked if I could order a side of sour cream and I was told that it came with it, but when he personally put these items in my bag he did not provide the side of sour cream. He also didn't provide me with a fork only a spoon which I thought was pretty messed up tonight at least let me know they didn't have any Forks before letting me order if that was even the case. When I got out to my car the chili cheese fries had spilled all over the bag, and after having cleaned all that up I had to then try to eat them with a spoon. There was literally barely any remnants of hamburger in the chili. The sandwich was good with exception of not having the pickles I ordered. Read moreThis is one of the few Wendy's thats been remodeled to the new style Wendy's. So it looks old and tired it. They don't have the new freestyle machine or self-service beverages. And the kids who work there are well kids, at least they have great customer service skills, and own up to there mistakes with customers. The person on register rung up the wrong order for a customer but it was the same price item so when the guy was giving the customer his order he gave him the correct item that the person that ordered which the person then said there was a problem with because he didn't want any nuts on the salad, the guy who run them up said there were no nuts on the salad but no problem he'd have it made again and went and got a fresh salad and had it made again that's excellent customer service.
But I'll pass on this Wendy's when for $2.00 more I can get a better burger at Silverado up the...
