What-A-Burger — Restaurant in Virginia

Spent nearly 70 dollars just to be refused service!! I have been coming here for about 4 years now and it has always been decent but this last experience was AWFUL!!! If the old white lady or the girl with glasses is working don’t expect to get your food the way you ordered it or in a timely manner they have definitely gone downhill! This had to have been their B team or something nobody seemed to know how anything worked. After waiting nearly 30-45 mins for our food. 2 of our burgers were made completely wrong, but rather than making them again they made me wait there even longer and tried serving me the same WRONG burgers!!! All three of the workers were whispering in the back then refused to make it again and it makes no sense considering they are the ones who messed it up in the first place!!! Any other place would’ve just remade it but the old white lady was too “tired” and told them not too. I’ve never left a review but this experience was awful, I never got to eat ANYTHING all because the old white lady was on a power trip or something! Hopefully they find more competent workers in the future, they have decent food but with service this poor it makes you really not...

Went there today 3-26-2025 . Around 4:15. The girl that took my order, ask what I wanted ,I said a Whataburger combo, ask what I wanted on it, I said lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo. You want cheese, I said lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo. Again do you want cheese, again I said lettuce, tomatoe,and mayo, do you want cheese, I said lettuce ,,tomatoe and mayo what's so hard to understand. Lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo. She said $11.17, I handed her a $20 dollar bill. She looked me in the face hard, and mean Then snatched it out of my hand. So when she handed my money, I snatched it out of her hand. Then she threw my change on the counter. I ask for thr manager, she came out ,but no good. Then the girl that was so rude, went to making the sandwichs. The manager Then run the registry. I walked out with nothing Didn't want the hateful girl making my sandwiches. Called headquarters in FL. And reported it. I would go in there often. But won't go again They can close it up far as lm concerned. Will tell everyone I know about it. Would like to add I am two months from turning 84 years old disabled walk with a cane, and can't hear like I used to. She...

Wow, you cannot make this up. Went there today, June 2, 2018, around 8 pm, and order two Double Cheeseburgers with Bacon and Fries,; one without onions to go. The lady at the register took my order and barks out the order to the crew. I did not hear anything that sounded like one without onions so I asked; she quickly said, yes, they know one is without onions. Therefore, my wife and I pay and sit down and finally called up to pickup our order. The same lady that took our order (white female) makes a point to say, "I Marked the Burger without Onions" so you will know. We said thank you and came home. My wife gets her burger out to eat that was "MARKED" "(WO/O) without onions" and it is loaded with more onions than my burger that was all the way.

I was literally Speechless, what can you say; the cashier has "One Job" did we need to check especially when she confirmed the without onion burger was marked; well that made for a not so good experience with this Wataburger. We have been there before with no issues; from now on, we will open up our order and verify since they obviously did not. Super Poor Customer...
