Nicole is amazing! Her artistry and professionalism, her precision and attention to detail, are incredible. She works hard to make sure that she brings exactly what you want to life.
Because I had such a good experience, my husband also scheduled a session with Nicole. Again, Nicole was amazingly professional in all of our communications. We scheduled his appointment, and I went along so she could see my tattoo healed and take any pictures she might want for promotion. When we arrived, there was another client waiting to be let in for an appointment. The door opened, and we were met by a female (we don't know her name, but we can tell you it wasn't Nicole or Sarah). We assume it was the female piercer. She was short with the client ahead of us, as if she was annoyed to have to deal with them. After allowing them in, she looked at my husband and said, "What do YOU need?" We were both a bit taken back by her curtness, but my husband told her we had an appointment with Nicole. She said, "Oh," again, as if she was annoyed with us. We had masks and were following all of their posted requirements. However, no one working there had a mask on except her.
Knowing we would be there for quite a while, my husband brought a drink. He removed his mask to drink it, and replaced his mask when finished each time. She witnessed this and said nothing. Eventually, we both got hungry so I decided to head to Cookout for some food. My husband asked Sarah if she wanted anything, and I sent Nicole a text to ask the same since she was still working on my husband's drawing. Neither did, so I headed out. I returned with our food, and we began eating. We were significantly further away than 6 feet from anyone else. We had barely begun when the female employee approached us, same attitude as earlier in tow, and said, "You can't eat in here," and turned to walk off. My husband looked at me and said, "I'm going out front." Before I could respond, the female employee spun around and said, "What did you say?" My husband repeated what he said to me, and proceeded to head out front. She stared him down on his entire walk to the front door. I followed. Once there, he decided that we couldn't stay if this employee was going to continue to treat us (and likely others) in this way.
We are heartbroken that this person cost Nicole at least a $1,000 tattoo, but having done nothing wrong, we just couldn't support a business who employs someone that treats customers in this way. If Nicole moves elsewhere, we will gladly follow her to have any...
Read moreI’ve come to city limits a couple times here in the past month &I have not been able to get a dermal piercing. I stop by again Mid day Wednesday, after calling to confirm they could do it; they said that they would consult with me about it. I went there up to the door called and was advised I couldn’t bring my Starbucks drink inside also that it will be an hour wait because the piercer had to do 14 piercings in one persons ear. Once leaving I seen individuals leaving out behind me so I called to confirm that the individual still was getting those 14 piercings; the gentleman said that they would be however the wait time changed to be 15 minutes I got back I called again to let them know I was outside where I waited for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to open the door When I call back before leaving I spoke to the gentleman again and let him know how disappointed I was about the service I’ve been receiving he expressed to me that everyone was obviously too busy to come open the door - there was no apology made.. he let me know that if I was gonna have an attitude then I just need to not to come back.. say less I will not be back & I don’t see how business will thrive with a locked door and no one available to let paying...
Read moreThe place looks a little sketch from the outside...inside looks like any other tattoo place. Adam was excellent! I went in to get an industrial piercing on my left ear. The shape of my ear and some additional previous cartilage piercings made it a little tricky. We tried at first to use an existing piercing and he knocked off $10 from his original price. Everything was good. The next morning I noticed the existing piercing wasn’t going to work for me because it was making it a little too snug. Which made it difficult to clean around completely, I’m a stickler for that kind of stuff, so I was being a bit picky. I went back in and he reassured me the piercing would be fine. But I was a little bugged about the lack of wiggle room going on, so he pierced the second free of charge. I still tipped him greatly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do his best with the ear I came in with and rather than shaming me for being a little picky, he did the work without hesitation and argument. Now I feel so much more comfortable with it and this placement even looks a little better. So happy and satisfied with the work and service. Why can’t all piercers be...
