As an employee at this McDonalds I understand issues may occur if you have any problems please do the survey on yout receipt as that is one of the ways you can insure we know what issues we need to work on as we post the best and the worst on our crew room door and any major issues will be dealt with by the management. To the reviewer whos children were sick please I beg you if something like that occurs please please please come in and let us know directly as I myself am a father and understand the anger and frustration of that situation i am a grill cook and do my best every day to insure I make only properly cooked and prepared food for all who eat at our store in fact this review could get me into trouble but when iIread your review iIhad to apologize personally as I myself do not like to cause any issues with poorly made food so again if you have any problems please either do the survey or contact our customer service number with our corporate office as an issue of that magnitude needs to be looked into. We strive to bring the best service and quality food we can to you as without you guys and gals we wouldn't even have a reason to be there.    Read moreI eat at McDonald's at least four to five times a week. Mainly because it's one of the few options. And generally the food is consistently good. However, my experience at the viral qua McDonald's was shocking. I went into the dining room where there was no one but myself, ordered my food oh, got it 10 minutes later, got in my car and drove down the road to find it was completely the wrong order. I then turned all the way around went back to Viroqua to the McDonald's and told him it was the wrong order. They seemed to know that they gave me the wrong order and no apology. They remade the order again, assured me that it was correct, got down the highway and again all wrong. Avoid this overwhelmed staff in Viroqua. 10 people in the kitchen and they Can't manage just a drive thru let alone the one and only guy Inside...
   Read moreThe person that took our order acted like we were interrupting something that she would rather have been doing. She got our order wrong. When we finally got our food, even the part of the screwed up order was wrong (ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese w/ bacon no onions [she missed the no onions part] and got a regular quarter pounder w/ cheese even though there was a grill slip on it. On top of that, the fries qualify as the absolutely worst McDonald's fries I have ever had in my life.
This would have been bad, if it was the first time. This McDonald's either gets our order wrong, or we end up "waiting" 5-10 minutes for fries every time we go there.
