Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Visalia

I ordered on the chipotle app as I usually do. When I arrived at the drive thru window. This middle aged woman with glasses. Was mean mugging me. Like she hated her life. Look I work a 9-5 too! We all do; we’re all suffering in some way, shape or from. I’m not mad at the attitude from this woman. I’m agitated from the service I was given. Okay, first off the mean mug right. I ordered a beverage with my meal. She didn’t give me my beverage. So, I waited at the window, because when she gave my food. She went back to whatever she was doing. She eventually came back to the window. I told her what item was missing. Instead of just giving me my beverage that I paid for. When you order online there’s a receipt on the bag; specifying what you ordered. Obviously she didn’t read it. She got some young man to ask me for my receipt. like I was lying. Like I was trying to get over on them. Like the $4 or whatever was coming out of there pockets. And to top it off they messed up my order. I didn’t ask for a mountain of tomatoes but they put a massive amount in my bowl. You can’t really tell over the lettuce. But underneath there was a heap. (I know I order the green salsa that comes with a bit tomatoes which I don’t mind, but a whole layer...

Went there in the Monday evening and was helped by a lady with short hair in a bun and glasses. Since they don’t wear name tags it’s hard to describe them. She skimped on proportions and was rude in asking what we would like and quickly rang us up without even asking if we wanted a drink and we didn’t even get a chance to tell them and had to pay just for our food without any drinks. We usually go to this chipotle every week and have never had such a horrible experience. We spent 40 dollars for very skimpy empty bowls. I guess chipotle is trying to save on food money to pay their employees the 20 dollars an hour to treat customers poorly. Sorry but couldn’t give a good rating for...

Ordered through app. Went to pick up. They closed 5 min before and had no food to fill order that was accepted in app. Paid with gift card and they cannot refund gift cards. You have to use the chat in the app or call. And only then, you get a “free entree” good for 30 days in lieu of your gift card $20. You do not get your gift card refunded back as a gift card. In California, gift cards do not expire, so I lost $20. Do not buy gift cards!!!! Do not gift this to anyone because they cannot be refunded as a gift card through no fault of your own.
