Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Visalia

I visited this morning and ordered a jumbo breakfast platter with French toast sticks, along with another breakfast combo and two upgraded coffees. The employees were kind and fast preparing the food, the coffees tasted delicious as always which is why I'm giving this review 2 stars.

However, I did not receive any condiments but I did not expect to ask for syrup to accompany my French toast. I saw it in the photo and just figured they would provide it. Also, it wasn’t cold but did not taste super fresh. For a breakfast that cost over $33, I expected better quality. For that kind of money, it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore.

It also begs the question: why do customers have to remind fast food restaurants to provide essential components of their advertised dishes? The quality of food, especially without syrup, left me feeling like I just wasted some...

Worst service ever They cooked the chicken strips and then cook the French fries so the chicken strips would get cold Finally handed me the chicken strips and no fries After a couple more minutes I see the fries come up they put them in a Pan and they sit there so they could talk and talk and talk ihop ihop my horn the rude b** comes to the window says you don't have to talk your horn said my fries are standing there getting cold and she says they're not cold and threw some at me so I threw the chicken strips at her and told her give me my money back now she tried not to And then the manager finally gave me my money back but wouldn't give me a receipt I will let corporate...

It's 10pm and I understand not wanting to work the night shift but you have to still complete your job to the best of your ability that is what the girl who took my family's order didn't do, she completely messed up the order and my meduim fry wasn't even halfway full the girl who was working the drive thru June 16th 2022 needs to be taught how to do her job properly or needs to be fired the only thing is I didn't get her name but management should be able to figure out who she is because I gave the time and the date so hopefully she is either fired or...
