Giving a two star because my drink was still good. But my service WAS NOT! the line for the drive thru was wrapped about the store so I go inside. I had no wait so i ordered right away. I asked the guy if he could accept my $100. Literally took him forever to answer my question all that came out of his mouth was "ummmmm...." so I said if not it's okay but that's all I have on me right now. And again "ummm... I can if I have change" so I ask him if he could check. And responded with "no, but I think we might". So he takes my order and when he gave me my change he counted it all out on the counter and walked away. To me, since I work with the public as well I would never lay the money down and walk away I always place the money back into the customers hands just like they placed their money to purchase in my hands. Anyways I wait over 20 mins, get half my order after two people recived theirs and again I stood there waiting. After I get my full order I had 3 cups and bag I wasn't offered a carrier so I figured they were out ( I usually am always offered one) so I try to carry my drinks spilling on down my arm. So I asked for a carrier and what do you know. They have them and instead of the lady handing it to me when I was in front of her she had me walk all the back to where I first picked up my order while watching me juggle my drinks. Read moreI'm a gold member with Starbucks reward program so I know it's not my first time going to Starbucks. So I go into Starbucks and I look in the display case where they put the food that's currently available. So I start my order and then request one of the items that's in the display case (blueberry muffin) and the lady tells me that they are out of the item. I told her can u just give me the one in the display case. She said no those are old expired items and they can not be given out, they are only for display. So then some other girl worker comes and says you could give them out I've been doing it all day and I do it all the time and she looks at her and walks away to go to the back. I think she asked a manager and then she came back and said no I can't give u anything out of the display case. I then asked her so why are u displaying items that are not even available and she told me that she can't take them out because then the display case will look empty. I have a couple of problems with what occurred. One problem is did one of the employees just admit to giving out expired food and is Starbucks faults advertising food they don't have. If some thing is not Available it should not be displayed or should at least have a sign on it showing out of stock. They did some redesigning at the Starbucks and it isn't exactly for the better the sheets are all would short on the back so I can bother your back if you have back problems not really engineered for staying long periods of time before the furniture at Starbucks at this place was comfortable they only have two chairs that you can actually Relax Inn the staff seems to be your the word is that the Starbucks company is trying to get customers in and out quickly and not carrying it for staying for long periods of time it seems to be a way it looks. The staff is Pleasant enough but they don't engagement conversations to get you to order take a coffee and then you're on your way so it's not like you have time to talk about your day or anything it's not like Panera Bread it's not like Corner Bakery it's a little different the old Starbucks was in was a place you can hang out all day and have good times all good things must come to an end my review on it isn't very good I have a much better of you at the Starbucks on.
