Today was mine and my son’s second time here. We moved from Fort Worth Texas where there are many places similar to this so we were excited when Visalia got one. My first visit I noticed employees were always on their phone not monitoring what kids are doing. They placed signs up not to take food or toys in the jungle area makes since well I didn’t see it and my son had a play ice cream the gentleman was very rude told me to take the ice cream from my son now it’s not allowed that’s what the sign says so I kept my son out of the slide area he just wanted to hold the toy he does it often. Today my second time going there was a group of 5-9 year olds running around I get it it’s a place for all kids but they were running UP the slide running down the slide when there is posted rules not to and to slide down on your bottom. Multiple times these kids went down the slide when my small 2 year old was just ending and ran in to him. No employee did anything and this went on for an hour so someone had to notice or they were too busy on their phone. My last straw was the fact that these 5-9 year olds were allowed to run and jump into the ball pit. My son was in the ball pit alone I heard the kids say let’s go to the ball pit I tried to get my son out based on how they had been acting but as I got him to stand up one of the older kids ran and jumped right on my son. The kid was 3 times the size of my son no one apologized no parent no employee nothing we left immediately because I was tired of my son getting hit or hurt by other kids. I will not be returning I will 100% continue to use my imagineU membership at least there the employees monitor what the kids are doing. This place is very small with 4-5 employees at a time so how they can’t monitor when they have 10 kids playing idk but I will not support...
Read moreWas the worst experience ever!!!!! We were so humiliated!!! We did a walk through and asked all questions before we had our family come for our daughters birthday. They never told us we couldn't bring our coolers in, that there is a max capacity, that we couldn't bring balloons or gifts in, no cake or cupcakes, had to take shoes off and They made us put all our drinks in a bag and take cooler back to car, made us take ALL our gifts and balloons to car and couldn't bring them in 😡🤬 I've never heard of so many rules ever!!! When some of my other family of only 6 was coming in They said oh you can't come in we're at max capacity sorry but literally 2 minutes later let a whole family of 10 come in when only 2 walked out which only 2 would be able to come in. As I paid attention my family was the only ones turned away!! Was it discrimination??? My family had to literally open the door to tell my 4yr daughter happy birthday from outside and she was so upset that they couldn't come in n literally had tears in her eyes asking why her grandma and grandpa can't come in 😭 i felt like we were in jail!!! Not to mention if you don't have kids you STILL have to pay to get in just to sit there 😡😡 To many rules, very rude, over priced and would not...
Read moreI like the idea, we’re members however the age difference is too different. Do some block times peeps. Maybe opening to 1 ages 0-6 then free range after ? The littles are getting eaten alive by the big kids. Mine are special needs so it’s extra no fun to deal with. Other then that it’s all cool in the pool If we’re not moving to a schedule like that I’ll have to toss my membership it’s not safe enough for my twins.
*Update- cancelled membership due to no alarm at exit and the age difference Not a level 3 autism place including sensory Sunday. Staff are not autism certified via the waiver

Visalia was listed the number one city in California for Autism acceptance and trained staff. Since they’re a lot of cities that makes us pretty special. A lot of families will look up what city in California is safest for my ASD child and we will pop up. Please let’s make more places both safe and accessible for all disabilities. They can’t live...
