Angelito's Fruteria Y Neveria — Restaurant in Vista

I've been looking for a place like this in SoCal for a long time. It was hard to find a place that sells Mexican snacks such as "raspas" and the like. Angelito's offers some bomb snacks; I recommend the Tostilocos or if you can handle some kind of spice, Hot Cheeto Mango with extra tamarind. This place started out pretty small, but has grown over the past couple of years. I had been coming here for years and the prices were slowing climbing but I didn't mind because the staff remained friendly and everything was consistent. One day I ordered an ice cream and when I took a bite I found a hair, I went up front to speak to the cashier and she seemed to avoid me when I finally was able to speak to her she had said it was my own hair, my hair is curly and the hair I found was straight and clearly frozen inside the ice cream because it was attached. Worse service ever. I never want to take the kids here again. Their attitude of all the ladies who works here are rude and ignorant arrogant people. Who they think they are. Charged me for a slushy and they didn't gave me it, I ask the lady for my slushy and she said that I didn't pay for. I bought 5 and she did repeat my order . They don't give you receipt.
