(Brianna's Customer Service is Lacking, she needs training, patience, or a vacation)
I have mixed feelings about this place. When they first opened the lines were long. The service got faster as time went on. I would stop by for an iced cappuccino after dropping off my kids at school or when picking them up. For the most part I had no issues. When masks were mandated I thought it was disgusting when I saw the person handling the donuts had just put her fingers inside her mask to move it up over her nose (she did that twice). I let a manager know and she said they would provide her a better fitting mask (I was fine if they got rid of the mask all together, but whatever). Today I went through the drive through with my kids for a late breakfast. My kids don't know the menu so they were trying to figure out what they wanted. The line was not long and there was no car behind me when we arrived, but that didn't stop Brianna from rushing us and sounding annoyed when we asked a question about something on their menu. Got to the register and it was another person, she was nice and professional. The food was decent but Brianna's customer service sucked. I won't be stopping by with my kids, I'd rather go...
Read moreWent in ordered a pineapple collata, which they still have a picture/sign in front of their store. Employee even asked me what size. I made the order and paid for it. Waited about 4 minutes after I received my Bagel and donut wondering where my drink was. So I asked them. They finally tell me it's discontinued. So, it sounds like they either don't train their employees or the employee at the counter did it intentionally. I asked them why they had the sign up still if they discontinued it. They didn't have a response. The employee who had helped me said that management makes them keep it up. So if that's true, you're saying management is falsley advertising on purpose to get people inside. Then say they don't have it and since the person is inside they will order something else. Yeah, that is a blatant false advertisement to get people in with a false premise. That's despicable sales tactics. 2 dunkin donuts I've been to wear they just lack the proper service. My recommendation is to go to a local donut shop. For coffee, I recommend Black Rock coffee it's...
Read moreI needed 2 dozen donuts for my son’s 8th grade breakfast event at his school today 6/4. I was proactive and placed a mobile order so the donuts would be ready for me when I left the house. I get to Dunkin 15 minutes later and my order wasn’t ready. After the cashier helped the person in front of me I asked if my mobile order was ready. She looks around the counter and then finds my mobile order ticket still sitting in the ticket holder so in that 15 minutes no one acknowledged my order. I get if they were busy but when I got there the cashier was not busy save for the customer before me. She could have been working on my order but for 15 minutes these employees did not notice a mobile order waiting??? Are they not trained properly???? I couldn’t wait for her to fulfill my order as I needed to get my kids to school and I could not return for it as it would be too late to bring to school. An overall irritating experience esp when I placed my order in plenty of time to be ready for me. I will ask for...
