Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vista

Won't ever be returning to this location. I never review places but, after my experience this weekend, felt it necessary. Placed an order ahead via the app, arrived, checked in, and waited for my drinks. Waited 20+ minutes, all the while others had come ordered and gotten their drinks (mind you again I had done the order ahead well before getting there). Now I understand that mistakes happen, things get lost, etc. but when I went back up to the window to check on my drinks I got such attitude from the girl there immediately telling me "You need to let us know you're here!" (which I had and told her such) and that they were working on it. When I said how long it had been I got a nasty "They're working on it!" spit back at me. They just then started working on the drinks. Worked in the service industry for a long time and would never think to talk to a customer like this. ...

So We’re heading to DB for coffee this afternoon and a sign saying choose the shortest line and we did. We waited a good amount waiting for one of the two girls taking orders next to us to come over. NEITHER of them did. Infact we went forward to the cashier and she took our orders. She was the one to make our experience enjoyable and fixed it. The OTHER two just ignored us and proceeded as a added insult to to take the orders of the cars BEHIND us. I would give it a 1 star but the cashier made it so much better and she definitely knows to treat a...

So glad they opened the Vista location. The lines are x10 shorter than Oceanside. Same friendly service.

If you're new to dutch bros they serve a variety of coffee/tea/lemonade drinks. They're not your local Starbucks, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. They have great Chai Teas, slush drinks, fraps, etc. These drinks are sweet, so keep that in mind.

If you're looking for a good drink, I recommend the Gold Eagle Chai with a shot of expresso (not pictured). The photo is a new seasonal lemonade slush that they have....
