Starbucks — Restaurant in Vista

I gave them 3 stars, the service is great but their carmel frappachinos are the worst, they taste like carmel flavored milk & there is definitely an ingredient/step missing. As a starbucks regular & carmel frappachinos are my drink of choice, I think I know a bad frapp when I taste one.. some days are a hit or miss, but mostly a miss lately. I think some retraining would fix this issue so everyone knows how to make them correctly as it seems this is the only location I have this problem. I unfortunately have no choice but to go to this location during lunch breaks due to the convenience. I hope they can fix this issue soon! The people there are great!

Update 1/20/22 I just left there & took a drink of my frapp & got...

Signs posted that they were open at 6am for drive-thru/mobile orders as their in-store area was closed for seating, which is fine. I go through the drive-thru around 6:30am and no one is there. I waited about 5 minutes and drive around to the pickup window and no one is there either. I try and see if the mobile option works and it tells me the store is closed? I'm sure there has to be some sort of mix-up here because all signs said it was open at 6am but it was a ghost town, even at 6:30am. Oh well, I guess I'll not be getting coffee this...

Went to this Starbucks yesterday and I was upset that they didn't even have white mocha and when I asked they said they have been out of it for at least a week or more.... I can't have milk in my drink so I just do white mocha and shots of espresso....I hate regular mocha it's too thick.... I even drove to a different location so I could get white mocha pumps separately and they were closed for good... Very disappointing I guess I will just stick to Albertsons instead since they had what I needed and had great...
