The Gym Vista is a phenomenal place to work out, train, or just get in shape. Tons of free weights, machines, and plenty of space/benches to lift heavy things at your own pace. The staff is always super friendly, as are the majority of the members. Everyone is there with the same mindset: to put in the work in a welcoming gym environment, and get results.
If you're looking for personal training, be sure to ask for Jordan. He builds a plan that's tailored to your specific goals, and consistently provides expert technical instruction every step of the way. But-it’s the people that make this my forever gym! The owner Todd-sets the most positive culture I have ever experienced. Oh yeah it’s a meathead gym but zero ego garbage—everyone so friendly, helpful even, respectful-weights are put away nicely. I walk in to smiles, friends-and even hugs. Never have I felt so welcome and supported in a gym, and I’ve been to well over 100 worldwide. If you are an a*hl don’t even think...
