We have been coming here for years. We have steadily watched the staff and service decline. Now the food has declined too. It’s very disappointing. I don’t know if it has to do with the hiring shortages right now, but the edgy non-attentive non-friendly staff is not what your restaurant was built on. Your staff was what kept us coming back over and over again. Maybe I am old school but to be greeted with tattoos, piercings, evil masks, spikes around necks was a little too much. Normally at my work those things have to be covered or taken out. It doesn’t mix well with serving food, but what’s more discouraging than that is the lack of friendliness. It really shows. Who’s doing your hiring now? Do they not see what the public sees? Created a really edgy atmosphere that did not feel family owned.
We ordered The Godfather sandwich which we have ordered several times. This sandwich was horrible. Is there a new cook? Recipe change? Your prozookie was served with icy vanilla ice cream which melted into ice water making the cookie watery. It was disgusting.
I don’t normally write negative reviews especially where we have eaten multiple times, but I really wanted you to know how the feeling at your restaurant has changed drastically. I’m hoping when I return it has that same feel it’s had since you opened. I’m hoping the food will still be excellent like it...
Read moreThe food is great! I love the theme, the great beer, and the atmosphere. The last time I went, I ordered the Bonnie Parker Chicken sandwich, but I don't think they have it any longer. It was GREAT! It's nice to see the menu have variety as well, so it's not the same thing every time you go.
The reason for three stars is quite simple.
The first time I went was about a year ago, and my boyfriend's family brought him for this birthday. As mentioned above, all the food was AMAZING! However, we stayed a little after his parents and had a few drinks at the bar. (Mind you, we had just spend over $150+tip on food/beer while sitting down to eat.) We ordered our first drink, and all was good, went to order a second, and the "gentleman" serving our drinks RUDELY told us that we should be tipping him. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT?! Here's a tip buddy, don't piss in the wind. We were GOING to tip once we were done ordering drinks, but after that went down, buh-bye tip.
Besides my FIRST visit, every other visit since then has been amazing. Service wise...
Read moreI happened to be camping nearby and thought I would check out this brewery. I was cordially greeted as I entered the vestibule and was happy to learn dogs are welcomed on their very large patio. The covered patio area has ample seating for small or large groups and has propane heaters for those chilly evenings. There is also an annex seating area adjacent in the parking lot area that is covered with colorful sunscreens and also has propane fire pits.
I ordered a flight which contained their Pale Yeah, Sweet Biscuit Amber Ale, 613 Pomegranate IPA and a Mexican Lager. I thought the tastes were great and thought the lime wedge in the Mexican Lager was a nice touch. I also ordered a pretzel with cheese sauce. I felt the price was a little much at $7.99 but the fact that it was absolutely delicious compensated for the price and was great with the beers.
The place has a great vibe and all of the staff members who came in contact with me were extremely friendly. I would definitely come...
