Starbucks — Restaurant in Vista

I just moved to vista from oceanside and this is where I usually go for my daily matcha frap! One morning my sister and I wanted to get some fraps! So we ordered matcha and strawberry frapp and when we got to the window the girl asked if we tried cold brew and i was like i dont think so 🥲 and then she gave us free 2 cold brew coffee😭🥹 like FUDGE YESS!! I needed that caffeine since i dont get enough sleep everynight since i became a mom and my bby is now 8mos old 🥰 Shes so friendly! And when we left thats when it hit me that I forgot to ask her name! So i went to get my matcha the nxt day it was a different girl so i tried again the nxt day 😂 and saw her thats when i asked for her name which is Isabella!!! YOU THE BEST YOU ALWAYS MAKE MY DAY!!!! Thank you for being so caring and friendly to your customer! You have the best customer service!! 🥰 ————— Update Today 11/18 I went to get my matcha frap and i asked for a large and she prolly ddnt hear me so when i got to the window i told her i asked for a large and she ddnt hesitate to make me a new one which is a large and she let me keep the grande matcha! And i was like awee, are you sure? 😭🥹 and she was like yes! ☺️ she so kind and she knows how to handle her customers! She was fast as well doing multi tasking! I saw her nametag and its Analyse im not sure if i spelled it correctly 😅 im a first time mom and i still have my postpartum depression also im still breastfeed my 8mos old which is very expensive for my mental health and for me to get my matcha frap every other days in starbucks is a must 😂 and this is why I love going to this Starbucks SPECIFICALLY is because their customers service is the BEST OF THE BEST 😌🤭 Im always highly satisfied with them! ❤️If only I can give them a 💯 stars haha! THANK YOU ISABELLA...

This is really a drive thru only store imho. Walk up window service you need to knock on window which I hate doing but they never see you standing outside the window or are really slow to come to help/serve.

If I had to say which store makes my app ordered drinks on point it's usually hacienda & melrose store followed closely by this store.

Now which is faster usually this one if I go in drive thru even if I order on app ahead they never seem to notice me at the windows for walk up service. The other store can be tricky to park while pick up orders from the app is easy I walk in and tell them my name at the bar..

Only negative event one hot day with husband, large dog and kids in car they wanted me to park to wait for my drinks which I ordered ahead of time on app waited in drive thru line to not be served them for 5 more minutes on top of the previous waiting in drive thru time... And they messed up the drinks which we didn't sip until on the freeway to go for a family mini hike...

However all stores really need to read app orders correctly (yes some ppl don't remember to change the whip or syrups when getting nonfat or soy/coconut milk etc) but I do edit my whole drink and want it made that way! I have had this store & others (when I asked for my drink to be remade correctly the baristas would say) they left off whip cream when I added it or worse paid extra for it because I got nonfat milk or worse yet no whip & they'd use sugar free instead of regular syrups.. (Eww 😷) Because I got nonfat or soy or coconut milk... Just Make Drinks as...

Came to Starbucks today ordered 3 drinks. 1 grande double chocolate chip frapp. And 2 mocha frapp one with an added shot. Once we got our drinks they were labeled wrong. Apparently my double chocolate chip frapp was a mocha. Already the mocha frapp’s were super super sweet and my double chocolate chip was strong but I didn’t mind it tasted like a java chip so I was ok with that. We went and told them that the mochas were too sweet and that one was asked with an added shot so she went ahead and fixed it for us right. Second time around she gave me one double chocolate chip and the other a mocha . When we went and told about both mochas! So where did the double chocolate chip come from ! So now we said ok whatever let’s just go this time the mocha frapp was too strong and the double chocolate chip they gave us was too sweet . What’s up with the service. Basically wasted my money since they ended up going in the trash. Definitely would want a refund on my drinks don’t have the time to keep going back and forth telling them what went wrong with our drinks when we’ve got things to do. Not going back here again. Waste of...
