This Starbucks is ridiculous! Definitely go somewhere else . . . The first problem was how many time I was Rudly interrupted when trying to order my drinks. When I was finally finished at the menue I went to the window which was wide open. . . Three Starbucks employees stared me down, gave me dirty looks, and rolled there eyes at me while being consumed in making they're own personal drinks not one person said hello or that they'd be right with me instead I was slapped in the face with rude attitude filled looks. Finally I was getting my drinks the first being a Carmel Frappacino with extra Carmel I can understand a little Carmel getting out side of the cup but when he passed the drink thru the window the sides of the cup where drenched with Carmel my hand was dripping Carmel and my atm card I used to pay was painted with Carmel because they decided to be sloppy lazy and unprofessional. Leading to my next cup of coffee yet another Frappacino. . . Was made hot when I asked what it was the guy at the window huffed and puffed under his breath didn't tell me anything about fixing it my bad nothing instead he walked a away.
The last thing I ordered was a pup-a-cino (cup of whip cream) the man at the window handed me my last Frappacino and looked at me suggesting to leave I asked for the 5th time where the pupachino was and he got a cup came back to the fridge by the window and slapp d the cup lid and whip cream and fridge door making such a seance for no reason.
All this to say don't go here there's definitely better places to visit. And I hope karma bites all these...
Read moreLousey management in this store, always a long line, SLOW SERVICE, how can the service be so slow, employees do not know how to move a line during the morning rush, the usual line wait is at a minimum 10 minutes if there are only 4-6 people in line and the drive through takes 4min+ per car on average. THis store is very close and convenient to my house and I avoid it because I keep getting suckered into another 10 minute wait when there are only 3 people in front of me. Today on a Friday are 6:15 am it took 8 minutes to get to the counter and the little smiling pretty girl said she would need to make the pike coffee because there was none, "ok forget it, give me a blonde" I say, sorry but I need to make that too, bold? if you can wait 5 minutes I will make it for you. WTF!!!!!!!!! You have no coffee made at 6am??????? I should have fired her on the spot and made her leave the premises even though I have no employment at this place.
There are 2 businesses running in this store - the inside line and the drive through, it seems these 2 businesses get in the way of each other and hold the other's line up. Management needs to be removed from this store.

Read moreSHORTCUT!!! I love Starbucks! My favorite is Green Tea Lemonade, any with tea actually! I usually order using my app! Mostly, staff are friendly and courteous when they make mistakes in my drinks, they are very apologetic! But, this lady in the Drive Thru ( didn’t get her name, on duty 1/12/19 at around 1pm) was very rude, ignored me when I’m calling her attention about my drink was just a Trenta green tea. She replaced it with venti then she replaced it again as I watched her making my drink, she wasn’t using the Container with its measurement. She made it straight from the disposable cup!!! A little of each until it gets full. As I recalled, once she made me a drink and I told it doesn’t have lemonade and she replied sorry we run out of lemonade, how I wish she told it to me first before I tried my drink so at least I felt that she’s honest or else I drive away without knowing that it’s just a regular green tea!!!! Please Starbucks, hire the employees that are really deserving to be in your team! You are such a great company!!! Don’t make them do shortcuts though I know you guys can work...
