Edit after owners comment. To be clear even thought i already said it i CALLED and was laughed at. Not one point in my review did I say you laugh in my face? This ISNT five minute drive for us so again instead of wasting another half hour driving back-and-forth. I tried to call to see what we could do before I got there and we didn’t have what was needed to fix my sandwich. I was told there were no more cinnamon raisin bagels and then got LAUGHED at. Over the phone and hung up on. So again, my order was made wrong an order I paid for and then no solution was resolved. Instead, we laughed over the phone. I have people who witnessed it, no reason to lie. The principal is when we make a mistake we should be willing to fix it. As a business understand that people cant just drop everything and come right back to fix things.

Ordered a pork roll, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin and for some reason, there was bacon on it called up before I drove back in to make sure that they had another cinnamon raisin bagel and instead of being any sort of concern that my sandwich was wrong.
