First bite and I was instantly taken back to a time when I was a kid in the mid 80âs in south Philadelphia. Pizza & pizza parties were my favorite & still are! No matter at roller skating rinks, bowling allys or friends' houses & at home where my Mom or dad would order a pizza every Friday night a tradition I keep now that Im the Dad ording my daughter's favorite food! I ordered on the website unaware it was being delivered through DoorDash until over an hour passed and I decided to track the order and the DoorDash popped up. My personal DoorDash didnât pop up it was just a generic one. My order was missing something so I called the restaurant, because there was no option on the contact DoorDash and the guy was soooo rude to me. I explained it was my first time ordering and that I ordered directly through their website and I was missing food. Very rudely the guy says âwell I cooked it and I know I sent it, you need to call DoorDashâ. I reached out to DoorDash and after 30 mins of going back and forth they were trying to help but it was determined that I had to contact Nastro again because they have the money for the order. By this time the restaurant was closed and I sent an email about the situation. A week exactly no response. I called several times and had no luck.    Read moreThis is not about their food- their food is good. this is about their customer service. They have a coupon on their website that says 15% off the entire order when you order online. No strings attached. It does not say any exclusions. My 15% off wasnât working (I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 of which were their daily, i.e. NORMAL special of 2 for 35.99- a $100 order total). I called to ask if I could have the discount fixed and instead what I got was RUDE customer service telling me âit doesnât work on couponsâ. I told them this is not a coupon, itâs your regular special. Your website says 15% off all online orders flat out (as you can see from the picture). He did not help me AT ALL and instead got aggressive with me on the phone saying âthatâs too much of a discount.â Well if itâs too much of a discount then DONâT PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.
