2-26-25 Ok, this was my first trip to this diner, and I must say it was a pleasant one. My friend and I went at 11:30 am on a Wednesday, it wasn't super busy. Staff was friendly and checked in often. They have many options, and honestly, it was hard for me to choose what I wanted to try because a lot of it sounded good. We got Calamari for a "starter." That was the only downside because it came out with our main meals. Still tasted good. Nice fried crunch, but not chewy ether. My friend got the Reuben platter and said it was really good. I ordered the Chicken Italiano platter. I enjoyed it all. The food combination on the sandwich worked really well. Their coleslaw was ok. Not the best I've had, but still good. The place definitely has a comfy/cozy feel. Very open and clean. Anther nice thing they have is some outdoor seating, but not sure if thats just for semi decoration or for people waiting to come in/ just talking after leaving. It doesn't seem like it be where you can order and have your meal there, I may be wrong. Will have to go back and try some other dishes and will update this if I do so. Sadly, I didn't get many pictures of the inside because I'm still awkward with being that person taking pictures in a...

I went here with a group of people on Saturday, November 19th. I ordered the Spanish Omlette. We arrived around 30 minutes after they had opened. The Spanish omlette here was one of the worst omlette's I have ever eaten. There was NO Cheese on it. It was loaded with tasteless, flavorless red sauce, that was supposed to be spicy.

Then when it was time to pay, some of my party paid in Cash. The young blonde lady who took money informed my wife that she could not give us a RECEIPT. WHAT!!!!?????? I have NEVER eaten at a place that does not give receipts when you pay in CASH. Especially those of us who travel for business. That's not good at all!

This young lady was adamant that she could not give my wife a receipt. She seemed new, but I'm not sure about that. she didn't even consult with a manager for help. It was also weird that when my wife gave her the receipt that our waitress had left on the table...she said that she couldn't give it back, nor could she print out a new one. It was kind of awkward.

Our waitress was super nice, I wish I had her name for this review. But she had a braided French ponytail to...

My son and I ate there today for Mother’s day lunch. He enjoyed his chicken parm and soup. I ordered a broccoli and cheese omelet. I didn’t get half way through the omelet and found 3 black hairs cooked into it… My son and I were both grossed out. I stopped eating and left the rest of my food for the trash. I showed the hairs to the hostess who brought out the check. She giggled and was completely confused and disinterested. I will never eat there again. Not because the food wasn’t enjoyable but because I would be concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and what’s going to be in my food. The same hostess rang me up, gave no apology or concern for the hairy omelet I was served. I paid full price and left a 20% tip. I called back and spoke to a manager and suggested that the kitchen staff wear hair nets when cooking. I’ve eaten there in the past but today was my...

We started eating at this Diner when it was named Oceanos and it is one our our favorite diners in the area. We've had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert at this location and it is always excellent. The owners are so sweet and welcoming and their staff is great as well. The dining area is clean, the tables and booths were recently updated and it is always nicely decorated (especially for the holidays). For lunch, I usually get the Chicken Italiano sandwich, but decided to try the Cajun chicken wrap. It was stuffed with beautifully seasoned Cajun chicken slices, lettuce, onions, tomato and cheese. It was served with a large portion of crispy fries, coleslaw, and pickle slices. I also tried a cup of their lobster bisque, which was thick, creamy, flavorful and filling. We love this place because the prices are very reasonable and we never leave hungry or dissatisfied.

I stopped by while in the area and checked this app for a good place to eat. Avenue Diner came up and I stopped by. The parking lot was packed with no parking spots available. Good indicator that I'm in for a treat. I decided to have Breakfast for Dinner so I ordered The meat omelet with home fries and a short stack of French Toast. Usually home fries are plate decorations for me. I don't like them and will leave them on the plate. These were delicious! The meat omelet was very meaty & cheesy (some places they aren't). Every bite had multiple meats. I was thrilled and I enjoyed the French Toast. Avenue Diner has the perfect home fries and make a filling, delicious meat omelet. The French Toast was good too. I definitely enjoyed my dining experience and recommend the Avenue Diner for their delicious breakfast.
