Outstanding Service & Sweet Community Spirit at Sprinkz in Berlin!

Today, I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser hosted by the Berlin Township School District at Sprinkz in Berlin, and what a delightful experience it was! I brought my son, Jordan, along to join in the fun, and we were both treated to far more than just sweet treats—we witnessed sweet humanity in action.

The staff—who appeared to be local students—were filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism beyond their years. One moment, in particular, truly touched me: a teenager dropped his ice cream, and without hesitation, a Sprinkz team member graciously replaced it at no additional cost. That level of generosity and compassion deserves high praise. It speaks volumes about the values behind this business and the heart of the community they serve.

Now, let’s talk about the treats! The waffle sandwich with vanilla ice cream is a must-try—delicious, generously portioned, and perfect for sharing with family. It was a standout favorite and definitely a reason we’ll be back.

Sprinkz is more than just an ice cream shop—it’s a place where kindness is served alongside every scoop. Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a joyful, welcoming environment. This is exactly the kind of establishment every town needs.

Ice cream, childhood, and the Lord Jesus Christ. These three driving forces in my life are one in the same. It was always a tradition after Sunday morning mass to get a perfectly swirled cake cone of vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. It was fairly unconventional, but that high sugar dosage got me through each and every week of elementary school. However, I found myself devastated at the naive age of 11 when our regular ice cream shop closed. I hunted for years for a new place that would live up to my expectations, but every ice creamery failed the test. On one fateful day, a peer recommended Sprinklz and Treatz to me. I was doubtful after my many failed attempts to find my new home, but as I pulled into the parking lot off of 561, I knew this was the place for me. I was welcomed by the staff with open arms and an extensive menu.When it came time to order, I was tempted by Tutti Frutti, but went with my classic cake cone of vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles. I did not only find ice cream in this cake cone; I found the Holy Spirit. It transported me back to those picture perfect memories after Sunday mass. I owe a true debt of gratitude to each and every employee at this blessed establishment. Thank you for helping me rediscover my childhood. May God bless...

I walked up unsure of what to get and I went with the safety cookies and cream. You just cannot mess up cookies and cream. I added some gummies for some extra flavor. Not only did they provide the cookies and cream with no time for it to melt, but it exceeded the typical taste. The cream creamier and cookies cookier. If you look closely at the photo you can spot the tear I shed when I laid eyes on the container. Virginia Woolf once said "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not died well". So please to think, love, and sleep well go to sprinklz and tell them Ant sent you. They won't know what that means, but if enough people say it... If this review is a testament to the care and love the employees show it would be as long as the Holy Bible. God Bless America for Sprinklz Ice Cream...
