Bertha's Bakery & Restaurant — Restaurant in Waco

I have enjoyed Bertha's for years Easter my girlfriend and I went to eat lunch her first time and last time to ever attend . My last time as well she ordered a Dr pepper .brought in a can no glass or ice offered. I ordered migas.i recieved a plate of cold corn tortillas mixed in with canned refried beans . jalapeno I requested. Basically refried cold beans jalapeno and the tortillias were crisp . No way was this migas and the plate was rudely set on table. She ordered huevos rancheros .refried beans a scrambled egg and potatoes which were still raw . Neither of us could eat our meal. I told the rude waiter who needs never wait on public worse I had ever had. This cost me 21.50 for 2.00 meal. OMG never ever been any place this bad. Below zero score if available we were...
