1/9/23 Why. Everyday I’d get out of school craving bush’s. When I wake up. Bush’s was my first thought. I supported bush’s for the longest. And I feel betrayed. I had to start eating canes. CANES. Bleh~ You forced this upon you. Your doing. I cannot gaze upon you anymore without feeling sadness, hurt, and betrayal.I longed for my 4 pc tenders with fries gravy and an extra gravy. With. I rarely write reviews, but I just can’t with Bushes anymore. Definitely the last time I try to give Bushes the benefit of a doubt. They used to be so good, good quality. Tenders that were not as slim as my index finger. But now they just suck! Every single one. Their prices increased every year due to inflation of course but you would think they would keep their quality. So overhyped, overpriced for the product you receive. Every single tender was the size of my finger, tough, and just awful. What the hell happened to you guys!?!?? We used to love it. I refuse to waste anymore money. Lanes doesn’t have gravy but I’d rather have chicken that is an actual tender and not tendon like and sacrifice the gravy. Super disappointed especially since Waco is where it started with the Bush family. Y’all have definitely lost the passion for your brand over the years than when yall first started and into the early 2000’s. It’s definitely obvious it’s corporate now and no more family...

I called late, about 9:30PM, told them I wanted a couple of orders of tenders, fries and gravy. Young man said OK, but we close at 10:00PM. Told him I was close and would easily make it. Sure enough, I arrived at 20 till. Tried to enter from handicap parking space, but door locked. Caught the eye of a young lady who was out in the DR area, but she refused to let me in. She said “We are closed, but the drive through is available.” I thought it would be easier on them if I picked up the order from the counter, but evidently not. So I jumped in my vehicle and drove around the building. Employee came out and I asked him for two orders of tenders with fries and gravy. He said “We are out of tenders.” I ask why I was not told that when I called. Young man said they just ran out. At this point it was just before 9:45PM.
