Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Wadena

Well usually we are very happy. Tonight we as usual ordered our 'custom pizza, 1/2 sweet swine with jalapenos for my husband, 1/2 sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms for me. ' The gal ringing us UP 'REPEATED the order correctly.' Soon she was at our table 'ASKING ABOUT IT AGAIN and said we answered her question. When a different gal brought it out she gave my half and was ready to leave. We said, "We WANT that too," she said, "You DIDN'T ORDER IT!" Well we certainly 'DID ORDER IT!' Well they screwed up and it was sweet swine minus the jalapenos but we aren't difficult and 'close enough!' The gal looked so disgusted. IDK with us or who, I just looked at our slip now upon returning HOME and it has 'EXACTLY how we WANTED IT!' Why did the gal checking us in need to come back to the table to ask what we wanted, it was clear as day on the slip, THEN WHY was the gal delivering it to us so 'MAD' LIKE it was 'OUR FAULT' they 'SCREWED UP' and she said we 'DIDN'T ORDER IT?' I am so 'CONFUSED' over tonight's visit IDK what to 'MAKE OF IT!' Pizza Ranch in Wadena, Minnesota serves delicious food, especially the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, and sides. For sides, I usually go for mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken fries, stuffing, and cheezy bread sticks. Also, there are a variety of dessert pizzas, including a chocolate chip brownie pizza, and vanilla ice cream to top off a great buffet. Service is there to also assist in taking pizza requests before paying, and taking any dirty plates, silverware, and cups from each table and booth.

I have been going to this Pizza Ranch for several years with my parents, and will admit that this Pizza Ranch is the best. I have eaten at pizza ranches in Dilworth, Perham, Fergus Falls, and Alexandria, Minnesota, and Fargo and Jamestown in North Dakota, but Wadena's Pizza Ranch stand above all mentioned Pizza Ranches. This Pizza Ranch stands out too with newly renovated floors, buffet tables, countertops, and seating. I especially love the overhead lighting added, which brightens up the dining area. I enjoy pizza ranch as a franchise. Food is pretty consistent. I like the pricing for children and that some days, kids eat free with an adult purchase. There is really something for everyone. Salad, various other vegetables, pudding, pasta, marinara, soups, and so many kinds of pizza. I like the speed of buffet eating as well, much of the food is already made or on the way out. Understan that one does not always know how long something is out, but staff do appear to be rotating food frequently. There are many drink choices including soda, juice/tea, water and coffee. This specific location in Wadena MN had a nice calming atmosphere with dim lighting throughout.really comfortable place to sit and catch up on email, drink some coffee and hvae a good eat.
