Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wadsworth

We ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks for dinner tonight and waited over an hour to go pick it up. The website was acting weird and it said we had 4 minutes until pick up time but the bar stayed on “prep”. When the time got to 0-1 minutes, we left to pick up our order. When we got there, there was NOBODY working. Someone told us they had a “walk out”. This store has been notoriously understaffed and we’ve had plenty of uses previously with messed up orders and rude employees. However, being a former service industry worker myself, it’s understandable to mess things up and be on edge when you’re working 3 positions because management won’t hire enough staff members. So this anger isn’t directed toward the employees themselves. If you’re being treated unfairly, you SHOULD walk out. But please remember to stop accepting online orders so families don’t go hungry and waste money on orders they cannot receive. Im only giving 1 star because I have to. My family just moved here and we have ordered from here 3 times so far and have gotten the same results, all 3 times. Uncooked food. Finally, I called to place a complaint, which was glazed over by the 'manager' that kept pushing out excuses about how it isn't their fault but wouldn't hear the complaint. So we did take the order up to the store to show them and as soon as we walk in, the 'manager' rushes us at the counter, telling us that they already have our order in the oven while talking over us and glazing over the fact that we just wanted the complaint to be heard. It turned in to her lying to us about who the manager really is (telling us that the driver was the manager), and she then proceeded to cuss at us, flip us off, and tell us to get out of the store. Update: We ordered Pizza Hut online after Dominoes hosed us. They was busy like Dominoes but they keep sending us updates through the app telling us where our food was inline. It was 20 mins longer than 1st reported but with 3 updates so we knew what was going on. Read below my review from Dominoes order

Good luck getting your food. Please read all the reviews from others. So many times they don't cook the food and say they're too busy. They got us tonight. Ordered online, app said 20 mins. 45 mins later when they finally answered phone they said they're to busy and way behind. Need another 50 mins. When we complained they said to forget it, they will credit us back and we won't make your food, then hung up on us. They mess up and they're pissed at us. So nuts. Good luck if you place and order...
