McDonald's — Restaurant in Wake Forest

My daughter and I went to McDonolds on Roger’s Rd Wake Forest around 5:10 pm Sunday evening for dinner. I went through the take out line and waited for 3 minutes and no one would answer through the speaker. We proceeded to drive to the window. The young man at the window had no enthusiasm when speaking to a customer. I proceeded to tell him that no one answered and I needed to place an ordered. His reaction was if we were bothering him. As we gave him our order, he proceeded to tell me the milkshake machine was broke . I then asked is it really broke or is it the crew does not want to clean it tonight. He words were yes basically we don’t want to clean it. I then asked for the corporate number. He said they could not give out the number. I asked to se the manager and he left and found what I assume to be a manager. They said they could not give out the corporate number. I asked for the customer service number and the manager said they cannot give out the number. I proceeded to explain to him that the number was on the glass of the next window. The manager said you will have to drive up there to get it.

I would believe the employees if I have not received the milkshake machine is broken on numerous occasions. Too many to believe.

We have had several issues at this location prior with service but this was the worst show of customer service. No wonder the parking lot is empty at this location and Chic Fil A is always busy.

My family will no longer visit this McDonalds due to the repetitive bad service. My recommendation to everyone who wants to deal with people who want to work and provide the atleast decent service, is to eat...

The manager tells the employees to lie for them and then refuses to give the correct order or reimburse for giving the wrong order. DO NOT BUY HERE. We went through the drive through on Friday, 2/19/2021 and ordered two pokemon happy meals for our family. the guy on the speaker said okay no problem. We got to the window to pay and when we handed them the credit card, he looked at us weird and triple (not once but three times) confirmed we wanted two pokemon happy meals for our family before then whispering to the person next to him. When we got to the next window, we waited 2 minutes before being given a disney goofy non-pokemon happy meal, when we asked for the pokemon we ordered on the receipt, the girl then went to the manager and came back and told us they were out and that the happy meals food is the same. they said pokemon does not exist at that location anymore. We waited 5 more minutes to get our next happy meal, and guess what it had pokemon inside of the happy meal. We parked the car and went inside to complain. They had several boxes of pokemon cards on the floor and whole stackes of pokemon happy meal food containers on the shelf. After being lied to by the manager, they tried to deny. One employee gave us the second happy meal with the pokemon cards...... Horrible management, they lie...

Generally I do not do reviews on fast food because it's fast food and it's basically not good. But the other day I went to McDonalds for the family to get some food I had to repeat my order several times as the person who is taking order seemed distracted and was not paying attention So I told him I will drive to the window and complete my order.

I did this The person who took the order with someone different paid for the order I always check the order and it was all wrong I went back in they corrected it I got all the right food and then they took the bag of food that was wrong back outside to another vehicle I'm I'm assuming that the I'm assuming that particular bag was to the car behind me and when I walk back outside they wanted to see a manager They were parked in another spot I can only assume it was because they know that that bag of food originally went the wrong car and then came to them which to understanding you're not supposed to bring food bring it to someone else after it was delivered to the wrong person anyway I hope the staff gets better as I understand there's a lot of teenagers that work there and in many places but they need to pay attention to...
