I typically come to this establishment once every 2 weeks. And have been doing this for almost a year. I have noticed that the quality of food has been drastically dropping. Whenever I order fresh juice they pull out these containers of juice that they have juiced earlier that day or that week and the make whatever combo I’ve ordered. You have to be careful doing this because fresh juice from fruit goes bad fast. And once or twice the apple juice tasted like this. This didn’t use to be that way. They would juice right on the spot whenever I ordered fresh juice . Because of these small changes the quality of smoothie/juice has tasted quite differently. The staff is not bad but the lady I see the most doesn’t speak English that well so sometimes it’s hard to communicate. As of recent I ordered a Buy one Get one free açaí bowl and never received the free one. And when asked they said it’s due to points. This was never advertised on their website. While waiting another customer walked in about some issue and asked nicely if the manager was in, the girl responded rudely saying no and when the customer asked if she could call the manager her response was “you can but she won’t answer” then stormed off to call her boss. Read moreSo, I came in today (Saturday) with my mother. The lady before us had ordered a smoothie that was extremely bland and tasted horrible (I tried it too). She was trying to get a new drink and the lady at the counter (Cynthia) was being extremely rude to her. I saw this and had to step in as I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before so I understand how it should morally work if the owner wants the business to survive. This lady Cynthia charged her for like half of the terrible smoothie then gave her a new one. After this we ordered our food and I got Avo Toast. If you like AVO TOAST, DO NOT GET IT HERE!!!!! There was hardly any avocado on that toast. It was the most sad looking Avo Toast I’ve ever seen or eaten. The total was about $25 for two AVO TOASTS but these were $3 AVO TOASTS at most.
