I would give this place a negative if i could. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! December 22 2017 I went to this stylist because someone recommended him, it was the worst day in my life!!! This man had no idea what he was doing! I went to ask him for some high lights towards the ends of my hair and to darken the roots as I have some white hairs and color difference from when I had it dyed before. He started by saying he will make me look like this Lebanese singer who has ash blond hair. I over heard him saying to his son in law that he assures him that this technique was never used by anyone in the triangle. And kept working on my hair, he left me with bleach on my hair for 40 mins under the heat!!!! 40 mins! Bec he was busy working on giving another haircut!!! I kept calling him to come wash my hair until he finally came and removed the foil and the disaster appeared!!! He left the chemicals on my hair until it got burnt! He burnt my hair!!!! While he was working on my hair I recall what he said to his son in law, and i ask him have you ever done that before and he says NO! No one ever asked for this! I didn’t even ask for this color ! He wanted to do it all, he wanted to try on me without having the experience or the knowledge on how to do it and how long he should leave the chemicals on my hair!!! I don’t even know how he is licensed to begin with!!! I had long hair reaching my mid back and this unprofessional man burnt it ! Later arguing with me saying my hair was already burnt ! I kept crying saying you burnt it !! The un respectable man started yelling at me saying he is a professional stylist and I said who in the world would do that to hair, still crying saying I’ll have to go chop it off somewhere else because i don’t trust him anymore ! He then runs towards me as if he was attacking me to cut my hair short without me asking! Had to stop him and called the police for him. This man doesn’t know what he’s doing and what’s funny is he told the police he doesn’t want me there again ! Who would step a foot in a place like this!!! No I had to cut my hair short to my ears bec it simply kept falling off in my hands as I touched it. Inexperienced!!!!! Not professional!!!!!

You guys are just a scam! My hair wasn’t damaged my hair is just frizzy! And please post these pics ! If you don’t think you damaged my hair then you know karma ,,,, if you’re an unfair person karma will get back to you!!! You should be thankful I didn’t open a lawsuit for the physical and emotional...

I made an appointment earlier this year with this studio because everyone raves about it. It really just might not be my cup of tea. I was meeting my sister there with my son and she had hit some traffic. I went inside and let Sami know my son who was getting haircut was on his way. After a bit I let him know I’ll prob have to cancel it since it was raining and traffic was going nowhere. There was no one waiting but figured I didn’t want to make him to wait. I let him know on the phone and that my 4 yr has ASD and is very particular with haircuts and that’s why we were going to him. I’m not sure if this is something he noted for the appt but after I let him know my son may be late, he let me know that there would be a charge for cancellation. None of what was previously discussed before. I completely get it from a business standpoint but the whole interaction I just found to be rude and off putting. Needless to say, I will not be going back there as I felt like I was just a bother to the owner. For children and their moms, I believe this is crucial and this salon is clearly lacking compassion needed. First impressions...

We are a culturally diverse family that is a recent transplant to the wake forest area and the Mane Event was recommend to us by a neighbor. My wife called and the owners daughter scheduled my wife and boys in on the same day, she could not have been more pleasant on the phone. The owner "Bashir" did a great job for all three and even was able to stay a bit later for me to come after work the same day. The haircuts could not have been done any more perfect, they are reasonably priced and the entire staff was extremely pleasant. As some people know, moving to a new area can create some challenges , especially for a diverse family like ours and this shop could not have been any more polite or professional to my entire family.
