Husband and I had two different carriers and had inquired with multiple different providers. As soon as I walked into the door of this T-mobile store I was greeted by Zach, the manager and Lady. They were not only lovely but truly outstanding! Zach was a PLEASURE to work with!! He was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He made the entire process very easy. Took the time to explain and go through multiple package options for us! He remembered us and our issues after only 1 meeting and not to mention, they were sincerely great and patient with my 15 month old son who was running around the store, trying to grab things within his reach and needing my attention a few times. Not once we’re they bothered by him! They laughed with him, were friendly to him and continued about working with me. That meant so much to me! After all was done and switched over - which Zach did within a verrryy reasonable time - he called us to make sure everything was working as needed. He was very up front on everything and worked with us to give us the best deals. Honestly outstanding manager, outstanding customer service and we are THRILLED to be working with T-mobile and them! Due to this location and it’s employees, T-Mobile has made a fantastic impression on us.
We have multiple family members who have made the switch to T-Mobile and had excellent things to say! We highly recommend coming to this store location and working with the manager, Zach!!

I called T-mobile, and the rep couldn't fix the problem. She did her best, but was stumped and told me I had to go into the store.
It was a long day for me with a string of obligations to fulfill, so going to the T-mobile store was less than ideal for me. But, I had about a 45-minute window of time open (arrived at the store around 7:15 pm -ish and it closes at 8 pm).
Tyler and Ayden (I think that was the other guy's name) were both busy helping other customers when I arrived. I waited patiently and listened as they both showed real attention to the customers before me. Long story made short, Tyler took the time to address my issue. He was also stumped and ultimately had to make some calls and get transferred around. However, he was all the time professional, attentive, and courteous. Both young men even stayed beyond closing time to finish solving the problems (mine and one of the customers who was there when I arrived).
Customer service "ain't" what it used to be in so many places in 2025, but in this T-mobile store, customer service is AWESOME. It is, precisely, because men like Tyler and Ayden make it so.

Read moreThis is the worst experience I have ever had with a cellular company. We were lied to by Ashia reguarding the buy back process. We set up 3 new lines on a Saturday, the cellular service was so terrible I came back on Monday to cancel and was told the old phones were gone? So beware that once you switch and give your old phones up, according to things work at the Wake Forest location ( on main street ) your old phones will be gone in less than 48 hours, so your stuck with Sprint. You can turn your new Sprint phones in and buy new one from your old cellular company like I was told by Sherwin ( the store manager ). I asked Ashia how the buy back program worked prior to switching over to Sprint and she told me to " bring in your final bill and Sprint would pay it". Come to find out Sprint will give you a gift card in about 30 to 60 days to pay it yourself. By that time your old bill is most likely in collections by then. We brought our final bill in on December 20th and when I call Sprint customer care on January 17th to do a follow up the bill hadn't even been submitted yet! Customer care had me call the Sprint store in Wake Forest and get the manager on the phone ( Sherwin ). When he got on the phone he act like he never even knew me. Mind you this is the same manager that gave me his personal number and told me to call him directly if I had any issues. I wish we never switched to Sprint. It has been the worst...
