I was in the area for BBQ, but since the spot didn’t open until noon, I decided to grab some coffee. That’s how I found Paul and Jack on Facebook, and I have to say, whoever manages their social media deserves a raise. The food photos alone are enough to lure in any foodie. The Pistachio Raspberry Cheesecake is phenomenal, and anything with Triple Berry is a must-try. We opted for a croissant, and I noticed a woman constantly bringing out fresh pastries, so you know everything is fresh.Despite the place being really busy, I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The cashier didn’t rush me like I’m used to in similar spots. Instead, he took a moment to ask how I was doing before taking my order, which was a refreshing change. He genuinely seemed glad I was there, which is rare in such a fast-paced environment.I’ve seen some reviews mention the pricing negatively, and while I agree it’s not cheap, the value you get is incredible. The pastries are massive and filled to the brim. For example, $7 for a huge slice of cheesecake or $6 for a generously filled croissant is more than fair in my opinion. Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge, but it’s well worth it and won’t break the bank. It’s definitely a drive for me, as I live more than 30 minutes away, but I’ll absolutely be back. This is easily one of the best coffee shops and bakeries I’ve ever visited.

We ordered a pistachio bombalina and Napolean and they tasted great. We went around 8:15 am today to the store and it was our first time. We just searched for local bakeries that are not chain brands and found this cozy little store. The owner was friendly and the interior was very clean. We met another couple at the store and they made few recommendations. We were suprised to hear that their home is 2 hours away from this store. They were just back from a trip and took a short stop at this store from airport before they reach home. That speaks volumes about how much they liked this bakery. We live just 4 mins away and discovered it quite late I guess. Coming back to food, we are yet to try other varieties but their cappuccino was also good. My husband and I will definitely be coming back and I shall recommend this place to all my friends. Prices may seem a lil on the high end but for the quality and taste, it's worth it Pros: Packaging, Cleanliness, Quality, Quantity Cons: Need better and bigger sign or banner( Store name is just on the door and can't be seen from afar.)

I ordered a chocolate mousse cake with strawberries from Paul and Jack for my 40th birthday, and it was beyond perfect! When we arrived to pick it up, the team brought the cake out without the strawberries so I could choose how I wanted them arranged. I loved that they waited to slice the fruit until the very last second to keep it ultra-fresh — and it paid off! The strawberries were sweet, juicy, and absolutely beautiful. The cake itself was a total showstopper. The ganache was so silky smooth it reflected light like a mirror — seriously impressive! The flavor was rich and decadent without being overly sweet, which made it a hit with everyone at the party. You could really taste the quality in every bite. The staff at Paul and Jack were incredibly kind, attentive, and cheerful. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made the whole experience even more special. If you're looking for a cake that’s as elegant as it is delicious, this is the place. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday treat!

I had heard so many wonderful things about this bakery and was genuinely excited to try the highly praised desserts. Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the subpar customer service I received during my visit.

Upon entering the bakery, I was not greeted with a simple ā€œhello,ā€ ā€œwelcome,ā€ or ā€œhow may I help you?ā€ While I initially gave grace, understanding there were only two staff members behind the counter, the rest of the experience made it hard to overlook.

After placing and paying for my order with a young man behind the counter, I stepped aside to wait. Two Caucasian women entered after me, and I watched as each of them placed their orders after mine, and yet their orders were prepared and completed before mine. The staff member did not acknowledge the delay, nor did he communicate any reason for serving those who came in after me first.

When I finally approached the counter again, it became clear that the young man had either forgotten my order or simply neglected it. There was no apology, just a flustered reaction as if he hadn’t taken the order at all. At that point, I politely requested a refund — I believe in supporting local businesses, but I will not overlook poor service.

Customer service is the backbone of any business. Whether someone spends $2 or $200, everyone deserves to be treated with equal respect and care. This experience was both disappointing and upsetting, and I hope management addresses it seriously to ensure no other customer feels disregarded or slighted in...

After having the owner of Paul and Jack personally resolving my issues I changed my review. The hospitality I received was beyond respectful. Truly this establishment appreciates their costumers and with that I will continue to be a customer to this wonderful cafe. If I could give more than 5 stars I would with the quickness that resolution came. {Orginal review: I’m going into full details of why I gave the amount of stars that I did. I love the atmosphere of this cafe ever since my friend recommended it to me. The price for items was fair and good quality. Today though that all changed. I normally order a honey cake and something else that’s available. Well today the honey cakes looked different. They had 2 small cakes in plastic squares, I assumed they just cut the cakes in half for better consumption. So I ordered 2 thinking I was ordering two of the plastic squares to eat with friends. I was mistaken. One small cake was considered 1 cake, not the 2 in the plastic square. I asked for clarification on the sizing. The worker said this was considered two cakes. Now I’m not gonna make a scene by holding up the line with my questions. So I pay and leave. Once I’m in my car, I call the cafe and my call is sent to voicemail after 2 rings. I called twice and the same thing happened. Ultimately I just decided to take my business elsewhere from...
