The past four visits I’ve ordered a 24oz drink, charged for a 24oz drink, and get a 20oz. Told the barista that I paid for a 24oz and got a 20oz, she took it back, and a minute later gives me the drink. No idea what was added to it; but it was not drinkable whatsoever. This was a drive-thru order and was not close to the location anymore. The bragel that I ordered was extremely burnt as well. Not sure what kind of training (or lack of training the employees get there), but I’m sure it’ll be the reason the place closes if it continues to go this way. I tried to call the store to ask them what they put in my drink in case of any allergens. Phone rang and no answer.. The drive-thru line was empty, so not sure what they were so busy with. Very disappointing as I was a regular there and used to give the employees tips when they used to give me the order I ordered & good service. For sure not going back.
I ended up stopping at the 28th street location to get another drink, and to dump out the garbage that the alpine location gave me. Went in and ordered, asked the barista if she can dump this out and asked me what happened. Told her and I was willing to pay as this location had nothing to do with the situation that happened at the alpine location. Barista spoke with the manager and manager was kind to not charge me and gave amazing customer service. If the 28th street location was closer I’d move my business from the garbage alpine location to that one.
Also side note: Their prices fluctuate constantly, never know how much I’m going to pay for the same order I...
Read moreI was unfortunate enough to have gone through the drive-through not too long ago and after ordering I pulled up to the window. As I did this I heard a weird sound and a light began flashing on the dashboard. Turns out it was a low tire pressure warning. I immediately pulled forward and parked in front of the building and got out to examine my tires. I couldn't believe the huge chunk of metal that was lodged into my tire, causing it to rapidly deflate. Having never experienced anything like this before I ended up going into the store to explain what happened. The two young employees there are very apologetic (which it's clearly not their responsibility nor do I feel they were to blame of course). I was hoping the store manager might be at the very least concerned that there was potentially more debris that some other unfortunate person would ruin the tire on, but they were really dismissive. The girl working did offer me anything I wanted for free while waiting for the vehicle to get the spare put on. If it weren't for the nice girl working I wouldn't have returned to this location but I did and unfortunately the self- proclaimed manager (don't know if that's even true honestly) was very rude about not accepting a $50 bill accusing me of possibly somehow trying to scam them? It was really frustrating having to wait over 20 minutes for a single drink then have my time wasted because there's no sign anywhere notifying customers they must have bills no larger than $20 if...
Read moreI've tried to give this place a chance, but the service is horrible. I watched the employees set down the customer after me coffee on the counter and whispered their name. That customer sat for 5 minutes wondering why their order wasn't ready. This was all while I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. There were 5 cars in the drive-thru line, so I came inside to hopefully best the line. I listened to multiple curbside orders with similar items as my order getting filled before my own order. When I asked why my order kept getting pushed to the side, the staff didn't even give me a valid response. Once I opened my order it was all wrong. How do you give me an asiago bottom and everything top bagel. Then they added items that I specifically asked to leave off my sandwiches. Now they won't answer the phone, so I have no way to get my money back because they wouldn't even give me a receipt. The female cashier walked away once she saw I was paying with card and never acknowledged me again. Maybe she was too distracted by making sure her group of friends before me got the best service possible, while other customers barely got...
