Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Walker

As a customer who has ordered at least once a week for the past year from the Alpine store.... I have to say I'm disappointed. Over the past month it seems like every order we've had has had some sort of issue. Now I will say only one of those has directly been linked to the individuals working there (we found what looked like a black beard hair and a long blonde hair in 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered [pizza hut did remake the pizzas in question. However the other issues have us choosing to not order from this establishment again. 1.) Logging in is an nightmare. Every time I have to rest my password. ) things we order and know we ordered, discussed and selected add to cart do not appear on the order to the store. 3.) Simply put it has become a hassle. In an economy where it's getting hard to even budget for groceries this is the one thing we did a week to alleviate the need for cooking.

Never had a problem with a Pizza Hut until now. They only had the drive through open and when I made my order, I was the only one there. They said to pull around and it would be brought out in 20 minutes. I did. 35 minutes passed and I saw a line in the drive through and nothing yet on my order(a personal pan and breadsticks). I called the store asking for the status and they seemed confused because they only seemed to know about one part of my order. They said I could pick the food up through the drive through. Which had 3 cars that hadn’t moved in 10 minutes. I asked if my food could be brought out and they said no. Even though they said they would bring it out. Asked for a refund, they said my food was ready now. Waited another 10 minutes in the line to get my cold food. Called corporate for the first time ever and asked for a callback. Didn’t want free food, just wanted to explain how bad the service was. Never got...

This place needs to have their oven checked. Either the temperature is too high or the belt is too slow. Literally everything I ordered is over cooked. When stuff comes out of the oven black or dried out I think I would question if something is wrong with the oven. If I didn't live so far from this location I definitely would have this remade. Definitely won't order here again but it was on the way home. Will stick to the Wealthy location closer to the house.

No one was a fan of the veggie pasta. Firstly I didn't know it was the "sweet" marinara and it was weird having over cooked veggies from the top and raw veggies from the bottom mixing in a bite.
