This was my 1st time going to this restaurant and found out you need a reservation or you’ll have to wait a few hour especially since we were going to go on Saturday at 4:30. So, changed our plans and made reservations for next day at 11:30am. My husband chose this place for our valentine meal because he ate their in Denver and the decor and food was amazing. We parked and entered the restaurant only to find out it was a side door and needed to walk past people eating so make sure you know where the front entrance is when you go. Once we located the front desk, we were immediately seated in our reserved seats for two. We sat outside the kitchen, in a small table for two, with a high wall to my immediate left which meant my line of sight was the kitchen staff standing together or to my right a bunch of empty tables for 4 people. We didn’t complain because we made a reservation and this must of been the best seating for 2 that they had??? My husband reassured me that the food is worth it. He ordered the spaghetti and meatloaf and I ordered the chopped chicken salad. We had to wait about 10 minutes to meet our server to put in our drink order which seemed too long but since we were behind this wall she probably didn’t see us and throughout the meal became obvious that we were not in her normal section to be waited on. So, your seating placement and your arrival entrance will play a big part in your first time experience. I was already not impressed and found water stains on the silverware and some food stuck on the small plate that my napkin was on.....my thought now was that this food better be amazing. The salad was definitely chopped and have never seen pieces so small. It was hard to locate the chicken, the cheese, etc. I started with a fork and then decided a spoon worked better. I kept comparing it to the apple chicken pecan salad at Wendy’s and was just plain disappointed. The Wendy’s salad is so delicious and this missed the mark by being more on the sour side, I prefer a sweeter taste. We only stayed for about 45 minutes; at this point i didn’t want to spend another $8 on a slice of cheesecake and told my husband I want a redo somewhere else for my Valentines meal. Hence I made him stop and get me a box of chocolates since I only ate...

Read moreWe had a party of eight. They told us 55 to 70 minutes for the wait. Wasn’t really busy but they only had two tables so we said ok. After 45 minutes my wife went up to the hostess stand and asked how it was coming. The hostess told her she was told 55 to 70 minutes so subtract the time we have waited. After an hour and a half I went up there and was very frustrated. I asked to talk to the manager Ryan ( who couldn’t manage his way out of a paper bag) said we are waiting on two women that will not leave. We asked for two tables of four and he said we can sit you at a table of six and one for two. Dropped the pager and went to On the border. I will never go back. They lost a big sale and future sales. Good food, terrible...
