Unfortunately, the fries were no better. They were cold, limp, and stale, with none of the crispness or heat that fresh fries should have. They tasted as though they had been fried hours earlier and simply left under a warmer until being tossed into the bag. Eating them was unpleasant, and I could not finish them.
The entire meal felt like it had been carelessly thrown together with no attention to quality or customer satisfaction. Burger King is a major chain, and customers have every right to expect that the food they receive will meet basic standards: cooked properly, served hot, and prepared with at least some care. This order did not meet even the lowest standard of quality, and it left me extremely disappointed.
What makes this worse is the feeling that my money was completely wasted. When I place an order, I expect a meal I can enjoy. Instead, I had to throw most of this food away because it was inedible. Food like this should never leave the kitchen — it shows a complete lack of quality control and disregard for the customer experience.
I have included photos to support my claim. The pictures clearly show the condition of the burger and fries as they were received. This is not a matter of personal preference, but of basic food safety and quality that Burger King failed to deliver.
I strongly urge Burger King to address these issues. If this level of food preparation continues, it will damage the brand’s reputation and drive away loyal customers. At the very least, I believe I am entitled to a refund or a replacement for this order. More importantly, I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure meals are freshly prepared, properly cooked, and presented in a way that reflects care and respect for customers.

When we pull up to the box to order, without a greeting the lady says, "one moment." No big deal. No. 5 minutes later she returns to take the order. Through the entire process she was very rude and unwelcoming. After we place our order, without repeating the order or giving us a grand total, she tells us to pull up to the second window. Now we are waiting another 5 - 10 minutes for our food which paid for and we never got a receipt. (6 sandwiches and 2 drinks.) The manager returns to the window and asks we pull to the entrance door because they had to "drop fresh fries." We pull around and wait another 25 minutes for our food and when she -ever so slowly- walks it out to us. We immediately check the bags and of course, missing a sandwich. My friend goes back inside and is immediately told "We aren't taking anymore orders" by the cashier who also had a dirty attitude. My friend told her what happened and the manager came to the counter and had the audacity to ASK FOR THE FOOD BACK BECAUSE MY FRIEND WAS LYING. She repeatedly asked for a receipt when my friend kept telling her we never received one. Finally she printed one out and literally THREW the sandwich and the receipt at my friend. All the fries were undercooked, and still cold on the inside, none of the burgers were made the way they were ordered, and at least one of the Whoppers was really undercooked, and my boyfriend who ate it ended up sick and puking for two days . I called in a complaint, and the manager on duty said I could come get the order remade for free .
