I walked in with 3 friends all of us wanting to get a full set. We knew that it would take a decent amount of time to get all of us done, but we were the only 3 in there. my first friend got her nails finished first, and the lady told me she would get started on me next. she proceeded to go to my other friend and spend 30 minutes on her nail art, meanwhile i had not even been touched. i sat there for 2 hours, and both of my friends were done. not to mention, another lady without an appointment walked in to get her gel redone, and they proceeded to start on her and finish her before they got to me. when she finally came up to me after everyone was done, i told her nevermind and that i wasn’t getting them done. she said are you sure and i said yes, and told her that i was expected to at least be started on by now. she also called my friend “big”, not sure if she thought it was funny. very unprofessional. i will not...

My sister and I had the most painful pedicures we have ever had today. We had to tell them over and over what they were doing hurt. My sister was almost in tears at one point. My towels were so hot I thought I would have burns but thankfully it is just red even 4 hours later. The lady working on my toes actually cut two of my toes and then my sister was bleeding on several of hers. One of the sprays they used was pure I alchol i guess because it burned so bad. One of my toes is still very painful and burned like crazy when I took a bath. On the other hand they did apologize with every ouch and my color is absolutely beautiful. The lady at the bar that was getting a manicure was also complaining of pain while getting her nails done. I don't recommend going here. I’ve been here quite a few times for my nails and have never really had an issue, but yesterday was awful. The lady doing my pedicure dug down in my toenail, very painful and hoping for no infection. Also, when we first got there I was asked what my daughter and I wanted and I stated that we both wanted tips on our nails and pedicures. They did not give my daughter tips, instead of just asking me from across the room, they just painted her nails and that was it. My daughter was pretty upset about it, mind you she’s only SEVEN. she’s not going to speak up about it. I asked them to remove what they did and give her the tips we asked for originally, then was still charged for BOTH sets they did on her at check out, including removal fee.
